I truly agree my experience every time I get my lashes filled at iHeart Lash Studio. Sasha is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She ensures I understand how to care for and maintain my lashes. The studio is decorated beautifully and is always clean. In addition, refreshments are provided for clients during their minimal wait. I would recommend iHeart Lash Studio to others.

I attended and graduated from IHeartLash Academy and learned everything I know about Lash extensions. I loved it so much, it was the first time I was excited to actually attend school! Sasha and Jas are amazing instructors and my technique improved so much since attending their program. The environment is professional and SO motivating and that’s what I loved the most. It was all about succeeding and empowering one another and they make sure you leave prepared for success! I drove over an hour and a half everyday just to attend this school and it definitely has payed off in the long run. I’m so glad I came across their program other wise I would have never took the step to become a licensed lash artist.

I also have gotten extensions here while attending the school by Breauna a senior stylist, and my experience was amazing. She made me feel so comfortable, she was so warm and welcoming. I fell asleep and woke up looking fabulous! My lashes were beautiful and my retention was so good! I didn’t have to get a fill for about 3 weeks! You’re definitely in good hands at IHeart Lash!

I’m so sad and disappointed about my experience here today! After finding this Academy, I was so excited to learn that it was black-owned and wanted information on the program. I booked a school tour with Sasha online and received a confirmation email at the time of booking, and a reminder email last night. Today, a very nice young lady let me in and instructed me to go wash my hands, as I was heading to do so, I heard who I assume is Sasha, because she never greeted me nor introduced herself, saying she doesn’t have any appointments today. So I explained that I was there for a school tour. She wasn’t friendly, kept cutting me off, and said their doing virtual tours. I explained that I even got two confirmation emails! I actually booked to tour the school last week and had to cancel the day of. When I called to cancel, whoever I spoke with said it was okay and to rebook online. Even she never mentioned a virtual tour. I would’ve been fine with that, I even would’ve been okay with today’s misunderstanding of Sasha wasn’t so rude and dismissive. When you have someone wanting to support your business, I would think you’d be friendly and welcoming. I told Sasha I’d driven a while to get there and she didn’t even apologize. She tried to give me some program overview after telling me all of the info is online. I told them to have a nice day and I left. If it’s all online, why are you offering and confirming school tours! My feelings are SO hurt! I love supporting my black businesses, hopefully this one gets the service standard together because today was horrible. I read the reviews and decided to try it out anyway, that’s what I get I guess.
