My grandson attended this daycare this week and was attacked by 3 other children per the teacher statement. My daughter had to call the police and a ambulance to take him to the emergency room. They did not contact her when it happened he has a lot of bruises on his face, arms and a big red bruise on the back of his head. The teacher told her that she was getting the other kids shoes and her helper should have been there to help her. This is absolutely not a good place to take your kids. They do not protect them from any harm and they place blame on each other. When she asked to see the video, they would not let her see what happened to her son.

My son attended this daycare from 8 weeks to 3 years old. We noticed major changes in processes, staffing, and overall cleanliness and care a few months ago. We’d pick him up and his nose would be dirty with dried snot and his feet would be filthy because they allowed him to run around all day with no socks or shoes. We complained constantly but there was no change. The director was always kind, but quite a few of the teachers were rude and unprofessional. The last time we complained, my son’s teacher attempted to fight my wife while children were in the room. We immediately took him out of there and now he’s at a daycare where he is safe and happy. I would not recommend this location to anyone

I am a single parent of a 2 yr old girl...Before I took my daughter to this daycare I did read the reviews, I also went there and checked it out for myself. Maybe there may have been past issues, but I nothing to say but good things about the staff there. They seem like very respectful,attentive, professional,and caring ladies. My daughter loves it there and she even calls them by name. Thank you ladies for taking good care of my daughter, you are appreciated 👍

This place is by far ridiculous. My 3yo was going to the palace location and I switched to the boulder location because of his behavior issues. My son is supposed to be seen by step by step behavioral three times a week from what I was told. Now they are wanting to terminate him because of his behavior. I don't feel that's right because they have not been seeing my son three times a week like I was told so how do you expect his behavior to improve if he's not getting the service he is there for. Oh and the lady in the office the first on the left she don't know anything everything I kept asking her her response was I don't know we don't deal with the behavioral services they only deal with our kids well my son is one of your kids and your not concerned about him not getting the services he needs you rather just terminate him not cool I am highly upset

Never going there again, it’s dirty, over crowded and teachers are rude but honestly they are overworked . Childcare is place of nurturing, it’s not McDonald which you can franchise it.

I Do not by any means suggest this ghetto unprofessional place. They are not a child friendly place !!My kids went for two days a teacher hit him. The staff literally does not care about kids. They threatened my son and when I asked if I could see the video of what happened They giving me the run around and making excuses.This by far is the worst daycare ever!

REVIEWS DO NOT LIE!! only gave it a star so I could post a review. Where do I start? Very unprofessional!!! Very very UNPROFESSIONAL!!! That is the biggest flaw at this ‘Establishment’ I really don’t like the talking over you before your question is out an loud conversation with the door open ... watch your language wether it’s in front of the kids or not. I can’t express professionalism enough it goes a long way and it stands for the company as a whole. The lady in the billing department please chose another profession. The kids are probably safe there who knows because the vibe there is not good!!! That is all. This place has 1.5 stars yea Good luck!
