A lot of amenities, the only downs I have about it is the hours of operation and overly pact you always waiting on someone to use the equipment you want to use, and it can feel very intimidating to new customers i took my son there for the first time today and couldn't finish our workout because of having to wait on equipment to be available, but they do have very nice updated equipment, the staff there are extremely friendly, the membership is fair for all that they offer all in all actuality very beautiful place to get fit

First Things First, they delete reviews. One of my friends Amanda left a negative review and explained why and they had her post taken down. Keep in mind, the front desk and Omar too have been awesome. Membership is hypocritical. They have allowed people that I know to cancel their membership early without a fee, but after having someone close to me work there for a year, I asked if it could be cancelled without a fee but it was declined. When I mentioned to membership that I knew of people who had got away with it, they stopped responding. It’s an all around gym yes, but don’t expect any favors no matter how long you’re there. It’s a money first gym and they won’t help you unless you’re in the inner circle. I hope this helps to people looking for a membership.

Alot of everything not enough of anything. 1 chest machine been broken at least a year.
Very petty about little fees and guest passes.
You have to pay to find out how much you weigh and get a trainer. No scales. But they do have a pool.

I do not recommend this gym! They refuse to cancel the membership even though we moved to a different state. They keep charging us even though we can’t use the membership after relocating to a different place!

Stopped in to inquire about membership, I wanted to tour the place first. Guy at the counter stated they don’t do tours, and I can’t go walk around to check it out. I asked if there was anyone else there that I can talk to, answer was no. Due to the amount of bad reviews, I really wanted to see the equipment and areas ( many stated it is out dated and has a lot of broken equipment). The feeling I got is he didn’t care either way, prob just a poorly trained hourly employee. Gave no other options. As with many other reviews- the place doesn’t seem to want the business. I will go elsewhere.

Not great! Waist of money. The contract has somany loop holes that alows them to take your money. Half the stuff is broken or classes are cancled. The day care is closed. Most of the emails I get from them its about canceling classes or things not available to be used. The communication between everyone who works there is nonexistent. I got told 100 different everytime I asked a question.

If you want to get chaged bogus fees every month than sure it's great. But for a mediocre gym the rates and fees and scams all the time is not worth it. I am so sick of taking time off work so I can run down there to pay my payment because their ept didn't work again just to hear that the office manager isn't there at the appointed times listed on the site and in the harassing email is pathetic. Wish I had never joined this gym. They only thing I lost was money..

Silver sneakers, Tivity health; not user friendly.
I would be happy to adjust my rating if they train the front desk staff to set up silver sneakers and Tivity. Most gyms take my membership card information, have me sign the liability waiver, and let me work out. Even better, several gyms have tivity tablet for scanning. It makes the whole process automated.
Overall a great staff , they just need an efficient procedure and trained in that procedure.
I have been to this gym before and I like the equipment, setup, and atmosphere.
