I cannot say enough good things about Inclusion Speech Therapy, and specifically Miss Ilene and Miss Nou! Miss Ilene is a great balance of silly and serious and my son took to her right away. Miss Nou worked with my son for over a year and helped him grow so much. She is fun, kind, and very motivating, and I don’t think my son would be the chatterbox he is today without her guidance. I appreciated the amount of support and education I received as the parent as well. Jump at the chance to work with this agency and especially these therapists!

I received early intervention through CVRC and they used Inclusion Learning Services to provide speech therapy. Miss Nou was such a great teacher. We started with Melissa Bertao however I don’t believe she takes on many clients herself. She was great so I was so thankful when Miss Nou took over. It took a session or two for my son to get warmed up but once he did his progress with his speech was amazing. I am so thankful to have met Miss Nou. She was patient with him and very informative. She would make sure I knew what I could do to help his progress and pointed out which parts of his speech needed improvement. She also made sure I had visual resources to help improve his speech at home. I could not thank Miss Nou and the team at Inclusion Learning Services enough. If you need help with speech therapy this is the place to go!

Miss NOU was amazing!! She helped my son improve dramatically in his speech. She is very patient & kind. She also has the perfect balance of guidance and persistent when my son would get off track and needed to re-focus. Miss Nou is the best. I would refer her to anybody who's little is struggling with speech.My daughter improved so much working with Miss Nou. I really liked that her and my daughter had a bond, I think it helped her learning experience. With Miss Nou my daughter went from just saying like 30+ words, to 100+ words as well as making 2 to 3 word sentences as well as baby sign language. Miss Nou helped my daughter to not only reach the speech goals I had set for her but she over achieved them with the time that she spent with her.

I can't say enough good things about Inclusion Learning Services! My son was assigned the best teachers for speech therapy, Ms. Nou and Ms. Eileen, both of whom have helped tremendously with my son's speech in just 2 short months. They have been extremely kind, professional, and knowledgable in providing us with techniques to help our son. Ms. Nou even went above and beyond by printing and sharing with us extra resources/curriculum. I highly recommend!!
