I really enjoyed the class and the instructor Rob.
He really made the class interesting and down to earth, using real life examples and also allowed the class to share examples. This allowed for the class to see how important it is to know and use the skills that we were using in class.
I have been using In-pulse since I was in school for my RN over 13 years ago, and I will continue to use them. I do not see me going elsewhere for my renewals for my BLS.
Thanks for making this class enjoyable.

Would give zero stars if it was an option. Scheduled a class on Sunday March 2 for Saturday March 8. Within a few hours used the contact form on their website to request cancellation/refund (still Sunday March 2). Called Monday 3/3 to confirm and was instructed to email Irene directly (sent that day). Received a response 3/3 saying they would forward my request to cancel and receive a refund. Called back 3/4 to express concern that I had not heard back and was told I did my part by sending the emails and I did not need to take any further action. Received a reminder email for the 3/8 course on 3/7 and reached out via email. Was told, yet again, my cancellation was forwarded and the email was likely automatic. Then 3/8 arrived and I’m told I am ineligible for a refund due to being a no-show to the course. I was entitled to at least a refund minus $15 due to emailing the same day (although I was told via one of my two phone calls that I could receive a full refund since I canceled within 24 hours and technically didn’t have the ability to cancel 7 days in advance to qualify for a full refund given the timeline). I have email proof that I emailed requesting to cancel and this agency gave me so much mixed information and are now trying to deny me a proper refund. This was handled poorly on their part and there appears to be severe communication issues.

I just completed my first CPR class, and I couldn’t be more impressed, especially with Instructor Rob. From the moment the class began, Rob created a welcoming and supportive environment that made learning easy and engaging. He explained each step of the CPR process clearly, took time to answer all our questions, and gave helpful feedback during the hands-on practice.

What really stood out was Rob’s passion for teaching and his real-world experience, which added so much depth to the class. He kept the session informative yet relaxed, which helped take away any nerves I had going in.

I walked away from the class feeling confident, prepared, and truly empowered to respond in an emergency. I highly recommend this class to anyone, especially if you get the chance to learn from Rob!

Rob was excellent. The end result was being comfortable about doing CPR. He answered questions positively and had us practice the actions. More than that he made sure we realized what may happen and what we needed to do and why.
