Jess at Premier was a pleasure to work with. We were weeks from closing with a different mortgage company when we felt we were being treated very unprofessional. Our realtor locally wanted us to talk to a different mortgage agency and that is when we met Jess. My first impressions of him was very professional very respectful and so excited to work with our family. When he said he would call he did when he said he would message he did there was never a question about if we were important to him or not he always made us a priority which in my book was a huge thing. We had a closing date of just about two weeks away when we met Jess. The privouse mortgage company was trying to push it out 3 weeks past the the original closing date. Jess made hours of phone calls and many many emails later he knew he had one job to do and that was get us into our house by the closing date (original date) despite the other mortgage company doing everything that they possibly could to hold Jess up he knew he could do this he was able to get our home to us by closing date just as he had promised he is an honest reliable hard-working guy and I would recommend him to anybody to buy a home. Thanks again Jess I hope to work with you in the future.
