Our son has been at JLSA for almost 4 years. In those 4 years he has made tremendous strides both academically and socially. The students are a great group of kids – everyone is valued. It is truly one of the only places he fits in. He loves going to school everyday. The school’s model sets kids up with an optimal academic learning environment. But the school also gives them many opportunities to learn social skills that make them a well-rounded individual. This school, teachers and staff have been such a blessing to our family.

We have tried just about every schooling option out there, homeschool, private, charter, and public. JLSA has by far been our best experience! My child has grown exponentially academically, socially, and emotionally. There is a culture here, where my child feels safe to be themselves and confident in their abilities. As a parent this has been so fulfilling to watch. Everyday I drop them off I feel a wave of relief that I am sending my child to a place that not only they enjoy but where they continue to grow.

Amazing school! I previously homeschooled my now seven year old and his siblings , so I was hesitant. I couldn’t be happier for my son! He is loved and understand! He is learning and supported. They go above and behind and use research based practices. I hope fir more children to have these experience! It is worth it.

Our son has been attending for 13 months and we have found that he has better social interaction with children outside of school and has improved his writing and reading skills. The students all know his name and present a more welcoming environment then he had in public school. As with any education option you need to understand what is offered and how your child fits into that system - we are very pleased with his progress but understand it may not be for every child.

I really find this school to be one of a kind and terrific. The time outdoors, the attention to the type of student the accept, and the focus on those students receiving such great quality programs and materials-fantastic. The teachers are so patient and well trained. The social atmosphere-the way the kids and adults treat one another isn't found elsewhere. For us, it has been the difference between our child thriving here and struggling somewhere else just because she needs smaller classes and has a different learning style. I can't say enough good things about our experience!

Our son has been there for 4 years and the school has done a great job. They have a different approach to ABA based schools and their approach really works for most kids. I could not recommend this to other parents enough.
