Juniper Springs is a great location, ski-in/ ski-out. The rooms are big, clean, and very kid friendly. The pool is heated in the winter and there’s 3 different hot tubs to chill after a day on the slopes. It’s a bit dated but the location is hard to beat. We took the bus every night to get dinner, only about 10 minutes to the village. I would definitely stay here again.

My family stayed at the Juniper Springs Resort for a few days between Christmas and New Years. It was our first time to Mammoth Mountain. We had a wonderful experience. The staff were very polite and extremely helpful. We stayed in a two bedroom condo which was perfect for our family of 4. We had plenty of room and were able to make breakfast in the kitchenette before heading out to ski each day. On nights we were too tired to venture out we had take out and comfortably ate in. The space was clean and comfortable. Each room had access to a locker for skis and snowboards, so when you come off the slopes you can stop in the locker room and drop off your gear. Our family also really loved the pool/hot tubs where we could relax after coming off the slopes. Another perk is that each room was allotted a parking spot in the heated garage.||We really appreciated the ability to rent our equipment at the resort. We checked in and immediately went to get our ski and snowboard rental which was just down the hall from the front desk. Stephen, who was manning the rental area, couldn’t have been nicer. He helped fit my kids for their ski and snowboard rentals and then was very helpful in switching our lessons for the next morning. I had pre booked a beginner snowboard lesson for my son and an intermediate ski clinic for my daughter and I. I had reserved lessons at the main lodge not realizing that it would be quite a drive from Eagle Lodge which happened to be right on site. He helped switch us to lessons that were much closer to where we were staying. He went above and beyond to help make our first experience a great one.

The condo was very nice, with a well-equipped kitchen so I was able to have several dinner parties during my stay. |The staff is extremely nice and really helpful. Professional group of people attentive to their guests needs. |The area is gorgeous with lots to do. I was there when the aspens were in their full fall glory. Great trail right out the back door going through a wooded area and a lovely meadow.|Not only does the resort have its own shuttle service into town, but so does the town. Many ways to get to restaurants, shops and other areas to explore.|Other walking/hiking areas close by - Lake George, Convict Lake, Lake Mary - all with pristine waters and amazing mountains surrounding them.|Great value for such a wonderful stay!

We came to Mammoth in the summer and really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We stayed in one of the 3 bedrooms and it was more than enough space with all the amenities we needed. Amazing hospitality as we entered the hotel and we were always greeted with a smile by the staff. The pool was great with 3 hot tubs to relax in. Parking garage is as convenient and secure as it gets in a mountain town full of bears and snow. The views are obviously jaw dropping lending to it's great location. Easy access to anything in town but away from the traffic of the main roads.
