Andrew Porter attended the House 1966 till1970. Played Basketball with Larry Mcneal, and a host of great ball players. Technical electronics was my field of study. Look forward to seeing some of the OGS.

I still recall the entry exam many years ago … seem like yesterday ..the name Westinghouse just had a certain catch … turned out I was accepted to the Technical Electronics program … among other great programs …. I did well and could have pursued a career as an engineer … but instead ventured into business … the experience at Westinghouse school prepared me… just like a high performance school as Brooklyn Tech or Stuyvesant … it came down to the teachers and administrators… Dr Serkey, Alan Randell, Widom, giovenelli , Romero … even a mr casutto …Seto …Singer … Izzo .. beck …to name a few … classmates also made life at school worthwhile .. bottom line … Westinghouse is a fine alma-mater …. Make it Count …when you are at the “house”
