I wish I could leave more than five star review not only is the staff amazing and treat my babies like family but The facility is always clean and well kept and it's just such a happy & inviting atmosphere

The KC Arab 1 Team has been phenomenal! So many facility upgrades this fall, and great communication. As a family new to North Alabama, it was important we found a place and people we could trust right away to love and care for our two littles. Our kids love the place, the food, the playground, their teachers and the friends they’ve made! We feel safe placing our angels in their care. Thank you Kid City!

Our first problem with this daycare is not solely on the current staff. Apparently the daycare was sold between our tour and the following week when our son started and we were miss informed during our tour on not being charged for vacation absence as long as we let them know in advance so we were charged when we didn’t think we were which like I stated not on the current staff just wish they would have mentioned it to us before they charged for two weeks instead of one. 1)The first month there they did not know which child was mine and were updating us in the app on the wrong child. I would get different info from the teachers when I picked our kid up than what they put into the app. 2) after I brought up the different information being put into the app they just stopped updating it period until I brought up that they haven’t updated in weeks (we had problem with them continuing updates for months). 3) Our child started daycare at two years old and they moved him in the computer to the one and under room and started charging us for that so we were over paying every week because that class is higher priced. It took 3 different meetings to have our bill sorted out to be correct for us to only be charged an extra week which they just applied it as a credit when confronted. 4) Our child was coming home in diapers that weren’t his (thankfully he didn’t have an allergy) but we were told he had plenty so he wasn’t out. 5) Once we put our two weeks in it seemed like they stopped caring about our child completely. Both of the last weeks he came home with bite marks that were bad enough to bruise. Each time we asked they said they didn’t notice any child bite him. After the second bite we asked that they look over their cameras to confirm the bite and they got very rude over the phone and have yet to get back to us on the matter even with my husband going up to talk to them in person.

My grandson loves going to Arab Kid City 1! You can tell the staff really loves the children. He has developed better language skills and is learning how to share and get along with others. I never worry about him while he is in their care. It really does feel like a safe family unit. Highly recommend!

Such a welcoming environment. Our son goes here and we absolutely love the daycare and the staff. They treat our little one like their own and we couldn’t imagine sending our boy anywhere else!

Kids City is my favorite daycare option around Arab! My children have attended other places but this one blows everyone else out of the water! My younger children have been going for roughly 5 months and the staff have been amazing every step of the way. It seems like my kids come home having learned something new everyday and the facility is clean, organized, and I loved it the first moment I walked in. We are beyond lucky to BEE a part of the Kids City family!
