From the very start, Ms. Pamela Fox, the director, put our minds at ease, welcoming my wife and me with a warm tour of their impeccably clean facility. She introduced us to the friendly, caring staff and thoughtfully arranged classrooms, making us feel confident about leaving our children in their hands.

Choosing Kiddie Academy has genuinely been the best decision for our kids. The state-of-the-art camera system allows us to watch them in real-time, giving us peace of mind as we see them learning, playing, and exploring with their classmates. Each day, we look forward to receiving detailed progress reports and candid photos, which capture our kids' joy and growth throughout the day. It’s been such a joy to witness our children’s progress—whether it’s their academic learning, socialization with friends, or overall growth. Seeing them thrive has made us feel even more grateful for Kiddie Academy’s influence in their lives.

One of the highlights of Kiddie Academy is the year-round themed festivities they host to celebrate with the children. Kiddie Academy of Chino Hills has truly become a second family for us. Both of our children, now 2 and 4, have been attending since they were infants, and it’s hard to put into words how much this place means to us.

Ms. Pamela, the program director, is nothing short of extraordinary. She pours her heart into every aspect of the academy and treats every child with the kind of care and attention you’d expect from family. Her dedication is unmatched, and she somehow makes everything run smoothly while always being there for the kids and parents. She could probably run the world, but we’re so glad she’s chosen to lead Kiddie Academy.

We also have to mention the incredible Mrs. Lydia, the assistant director. She’s equally amazing and always goes the extra mile to ensure every child is cared for and thriving. Her warmth and kindness make such a difference, and her dedication is just one more reason why Kiddie Academy is such a special place.

The teachers are phenomenal. Their passion for teaching and their genuine love for the kids shine through every day. They’ve helped our children grow academically, socially, and emotionally in ways we didn’t think were possible at such a young age. Our kids have picked up so much knowledge and even better manners—a true blessing for us at home.

There’s a perfect balance of learning, fun, and care at Kiddie Academy. Every drop-off is done with complete peace of mind because we know our kids are in the best hands. Seeing how much they’ve learned and how excited they are to go to school every day is all the proof we need of the amazing environment Ms. Pamela, Mrs. Lydia and her team have created.

My wife and I love the teachers at the Chino Hills academy. everyone is friendly and from what we've experienced so far, seem to be able to provide our son his fair share of attention/care amongst the other toddlers in his class. My wife does feel much more comfortable having the ability to access cameras to view our son's activities from time to time. Our son has attended the Chino Hills academy for 2+ months now and we have been extremely happy with everything.

Kiddie Academy has been such a blessing for my little one. He has flourished in such a little amount of time being here. The interaction he receives here from peers and staff is simply the best and always positive! The staff really cares about each and every child and you see that each and everyday. The best thing is the Director goes above and beyond for her children here at Kiddie Academy and really gets to know her families!!

My son is almost three years old, he has been in Kiddie Academy for two months. At first, he was more prone to cry, and teachers gave him more care and attention。After about 2 weeks, there was a significant improvement. teachers also give children a lot of activities now。Such as drawing, handwork, stickers。They read books for children and play with them。The onwner and director are very kind。The owner of the school said that teachers should not be too strict with their students。If you have any questions，you can talk to director，she will answer questions and improve。Now my son is happy at school and runs into the classroom every day morning。sometimes when i pick up him，he does not want to go。The important thing，this school has camera，so i can see my little one on the phone at home。

Excellent daycare center with great teachers and a caring, responsible and experienced director in Ms. Pam. My daughter goes to the 3 yr old class, she loves it since day one! Prior to Kiddie Academy, she has never been to a daycare before, so I was worried that she wouldn't do well especially the first week. But she was warmly welcomed by the teachers and staff there, she just waved good bye to me and ran to her teacher Ms. Alexa.

We've been going there for almost two months now, and every time I went, I noticed that all the kids there were smiling and playing in good sprits, that was very refreshing compare to some of the local daycare centers I've visited in the past. Kiddie Academy has a very outstanding curriculum, they keep the children engaged with a number of activities, STEM related, crafts, Spanish, singing, dancing, etc...they also invite soccer coaches on-site, so the kids can learn soccer during day at their own playground.

As a parent, I feel a lot more relieved to know that I can see how my kid is doing anytime anywhere I wanted. They offer video streaming with WatchMeGrow app (I can only see my kid's class for the days she goes, for obvious security reasons), the teachers also use Tadpoles to send pictures and daily reports to my phone. They called me when my daughter complained about stomaches to let me know not to worry that she didn't have a fever. They gave out homework every week and asked us to complete with our kids to encourage parent-children time together. They occasionally have Friday nigh PJ parties so parents can have a date night while they kept our kids safe and entertained. They also have their own kitchen so the food are all freshly made and served. My daughter has always been a picky eater, but she started eating a lot more than she used to because "Ms. Alexa told her to". 🙂 . Love the experience so far.
