I liked the coaching style and the holistic activities planned, classmates were friendly and engaging. There was no pressure, no judgment, purely positive and motivating atmosphere. Great for focus, body strength and confidence building and worked really well for my high energy autistic kid. I loved that the instructions for upcoming activities were visual, which worked great for my kid.

I took my 15 month old to his first class at kids strong. The first class is complementary in order for you to have a good experience and see if it’s a right fit for you and your family. My son doesn’t go to daycare and he is with his grandmother most of the day while I’m at work my concern was his social interaction with other kids and other adults, I feel like this is a great fit for him and will be fun as he grows. The staff was great. The coaches were fantastic and super fun and energetic. The facility was clean and easy to find I like being able to book on the app As well!

If you’re even thinking about taking a class. It doesn’t hurt to try the first one free there is no pressure to sign up for a membership at the end of the visit.

My grand daughter really enjoyed her visit ! Although she was a little shy trying to get the routines down. Upon returning home she wanted everyone to feel her new muscles. We will be signing up next week!! I think this is exactly what she needs to build her confidence . She just asked me if she could tel the kids at school “ don’t mess with me” I go to KidStrong” lol

I love this place. This has been such a great thing for my two boys to build confidence, & let out some energy! The staff is great. The programs are constantly changing, always a new challenge. Teaches healthy habits. I can see us being a part of this gym for a long time.

Been here a two years now, I can tell my 5yr old has gotten more athletic and confident. The affirmation framework is easy for me to reinforce at home too. Plus coach Derek and Aiden are fantastic. The only challenge is the scheduling make up classes, it's so hard to use. Wish they just let folks drop in somehow

Top notch team and approach! Everyone here has been caring, engaged, effective, and enthusiastic in all our interactions. Particularly coach Aiden has been very helpful. It's just the supportive and activating environment that our "observer" kiddo needed to foster his participation in the group. Now he loves the whole experience, looks forward to seeing his classmates, and best of all is feeling empowered. The facility (equipment, cleanliness, size, confortability) is also great.

We are very satisfied with Kid Strong Academy. The staff is exceptional, and their curriculums are top-notch. What truly sets them apart, however, is the energy and passion every coach brings to each class. My kid have not only improved in their physical abilities but have also developed excellent interpersonal skills.
