Great virtual classes from Kim! I found these through a mailer and figured I would sign up since the schedule worked for me and I needed to knock out my 8 hours of CE. Kim and Kate had such fun and endearing personalities and were great teachers. I really enjoyed the class.

I took both the mandatory update and the elective from Kim this year for the first time. Courses were taught well and kept my attention. I usually get really sleeping during CE training, but Kim kept it interesting enough for me to stay awake!! I will return next year.

Informative, professional folks. My first class was in January and then the second in February. I thought I would give Kim a try. So glad I did! Recorded the CE credit within 24 hours. Emailed the CE certificate to me promptly. Held my attention.

Enjoyed the more relaxed atmosphere of this Zoom class wherein I was NOT having to sit on the edge of my chair and respond every five minutes. Some brief interactions with classmates in two breakout rooms, but not to the point that I was chewing my nails with worry that I might miss a response requirement (which was the case with another Real Estate school). I can finally stop dreading Zoom RE CE classes.

Highly recommend. Best part - learning from comfort of one’s own home!

Appreciate Kim ! I had a fun time !I found her voice to be soothing and she takes the time to explain interesting topics regarding real estate genup. I recommend just talking to her during the class , makes it go by with more energy, she is very kind and gracious!
