Am a senior rider and have been riding at Kim's barn since summer of 2016. She and her crew of skilled young trainers focus on all aspects of horse care and safety in addition to developing riding skills and consistent training. Kim's program is great and everyone at the barn is welcoming ❤

My daughter has been riding here for 7 years. Has been a wonderful experience. Kim is tough, so if you want someone to coddle your kids this is not the place for you. But if you want your kid to b strong and independent this is perfect.

Very saddened to write that I just had an extremely dissatisfactory experience at Kim's Horse Training. After a detailed phone call where I explained at length that I am rehabing after a horse injury and looking to begin riding again, I found a few hours before our scheduled appointment that I was not able to ride. I called Kim and no response. I showed up anyways, and asked if it were possible for me to observe the lesson, and that I would absolutely sign liabilities to do this. She immediately cut me off saying, "I know people like you... you just want everything for free. It takes a certain something (i.e. amount of money $) to run a barn like this, and I can't have people like you. Please get off of my property." I asked her if she has show cases or any other tiered level of lesson where I can somehow be involved... because I am not physically able to participate... But she immediately cut me off after anything I suggested, saying... "I do not want a customer like you!! Get off of my property now!!!" Emotionally... and absolutely dramatic. She drove me off in a golf car at 40 mph down a hill with no seat belt, OFF the property... So I would just really not recommend this barn to any child or adult because I am a seasoned rider and I know that this type of reckless behavior always leads to extremely dangerous results!
