Just want to say thank you to my man Pablo for the great customer service. We was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and was able to fix the back of my Iphone 8. I was recommended by my wife. I would also recommended Konnect phone repair to others as well. Pablo was also able to fix my charger port without any diagnostic prior, just really knows his stuff, and super young in the industry. This place is amazing! They fixed my phone quickly and efficiently, and the young lady at the front desk was incredibly kind and welcoming. The guy in the back is a true wizard at what he does - he got my phone back up and running in no time! This spot is definitely worth checking out if you need any phone repairs done. About a week ago, I came into this place to repair the screen on my IPhone 14 Pro Max(very expensive phone when I bought it). The employee there was very nice actually and told me that luckily my phone was not severely damaged so he should be able to fix it in around 30 minutes. The cost of the repair was $190 which is alot but fairly cheap for a phone like mines.

In the time I was waiting I went to a fast food place to pass time and it took me 15 minutes to go and get back. By the time I returned, the phone was repaired! It honestly caught me by shock cause I thought it would be 30. The phone was intact, made sure it worked properly with apps and such and yea it felt the way I had it from the start. He did warn me that it could break easily again so with that in mind, I bought a screen protector just in case.

To the employee, thanks for the repair man 🙂
