I had a terrible experience at this Kumon location and want to warn other parents. The owner, who is not a psychologist or specialist, made an inappropriate and unprofessional comment about my 4-year-old daughter. She mistakenly thought my child was 5 and then proceeded to say that "something is wrong" with her just because she was struggling to read—at four years old! Insinuating that a child had a learning disability without any qualifications or proper assessment is completely unacceptable.

I immediately withdrew my daughter, and I am so glad I did. No child should be subjected to this kind of treatment, especially in a learning environment that is supposed to be supportive. If you're considering Kumon, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. This place is not worth it.
