Definitely recommend this Kumon center! Mr. Tran and his staff are caring and communicate well. Before my daughter would just give up and refuse to participate when she did not know how to do something, but with Kumon she has grown to be more advanced than others in her class. Mr. & Mrs. Tran have been great at helping our son get the most out of his Kumon experience. We have been doing Kumon for 4 months now and have already seen great improvement in my son's, handwriting, reading, and speaking. We wish would have started Kumon with them much earlier. They understand the needs of each child and makes them feel very comfortable and brings confidence to them. I would highly recommend every parent to reach out to Mr. and Mrs. Tran and schedule an appointment for an assessment.

My own experiences at this place could’ve been better, if Mr.Tran wouldn’t have made random accusations about me, yell at me if I got one question wrong, and telling random 4 year olds to tell me to pay attention, it’s embarrassing because I’m 13. Plus, he said something about my sweater, like he was making jokes about it, and nobody was even laughing. And he kept telling me to pay attention to my studies, which I do pay attention to my studies, I have mostly straight A’s at school and one B+, I’ve just been very busy since school started. I told my parents about it, and they aren’t happy at all. Before he was doing stuff like that, but I’d usually ignore it, but this time he got on my nerves. The staff is really nice though. My parents told me to leave this review. I do not appreciate the random accusations being made about me. Instead of putting me down, you should put me up, like how teachers usually do.

Kumon of Manteca has been a vital part of our child's curriculum these last few years. This is all thanks to Mr. Tran and his dedicated team. They are always willing to listen and help your child maximize their potential in reading and math. We have our child in both subjects and have seen a tremendous improvement in both subjects as well as at school. Tests scores have significantly increased and both math and reading are getting stronger day by day. Mr. Tran really cares about the children and wants them to succeed not only at school but as well as in their lives. Thank you Mr. Tran and Kumon of Manteca, as we are forever indebted for all that you do in helping make our children's futures brighter.

I first enrolled my daughter and son in Kumon at the age of 4 years old. They are now 9 and 11. I wanted to start their education early to get them familiar with school work and set the expectation for school learning. Kumon has done wonders for my children. They are always in the top tiers for school MAP testing and kumon has built up their confidence tremendously. I would also like to take a moment and praise the Learning Centre’s instructor Mr. Tran. Mr. Tran is very approachable, supportive and patient with the children. Mr. Tran does not hesitate to give extra care and attention towards the children whenever needed. Thank you Mr. Tran for helping the children succeed and setting them up for success. I hope all children are able to benefit from this learning program as much as my children are currently benefiting. I recommend this learning program 100%.

My son has been in this program for a little over a month. This is one of the best investments I have made for my children. Almost instantly, he went from struggling with reading and writing to reading extremely well and writing full paragraphs on his own.
Mr. Tran is extremely kind with the children, soft spoken yet firm. He is very supportive and the center is always encouraging with each of my children.
I have 3 children in this program, and am seeing fantastic results for each of them. 2 are in the reading program and 1 is in the math program. After the pandemic, we felt it would be good for our children to get just that little extra, especially for the 2 who missed out on early childhood Education. We couldn't be more pleased with the results already.
This program takes them back to basics, breaks it down, and builds both their skills and confidence almost immediately. My children are always happy to do their Kumon work, go into the center and are always so excited to share their results and progress with us. I am both a parent as well as an Educator and I can not recommend this program enough. Even if your child is not struggling with Academics, it is a fantastic program to get them feeling confident and ahead.
