horrible center. They're only open 2 days a week, and despite repeated requests to challenge our daughter with more advanced assignments, the staff refused, seemingly for their convenience. Less headache for them.

Mismanaged the auto payment option on our account and then sent a $4,000+ bill to us demanding payment. Made threatening calls to us regarding our credit report. As a 30-year resident of mid-town palo alto, it is sad to see this type of business operating in our town.

The owner Jenny isn't always at the center. And it is hard for us to talk to her. The program isn't efficient and definitely not for everyone.
