My husband and I were very blessed to be married in such a beautiful space. We were able to be creative with how we used the space, from where we put our tables and ceremony benches, to where we held appetizers and dessert. Every inch of this venue photographed beautifully — the large trees, the wooden details, the luxurious curtains of the bridal suite. It is run by kind professionals who ensured we were set up for the big day.

I debated a long while making this due to the other reviews left. Unfortunately my experience with the wedding coordinator wasn’t good at all. From being rude to guests, to rushing us off the property at the end of the night, and allowing another business to walk on during our wedding and random people walked on the whole time, to a building that we were going to use being sold by her a few weeks before the wedding. Maybe because her husband wasn’t there to help, but she was late to the literal start of the wedding, rushed us and was extremely rude during the wedding rehearsal because she had personal things to tend to. She was rude the day of the wedding to everyone, rude to one of our photographers who were family friends doing the grooms party a favor. She was so rude to guests who wanted to make speeches after the maid of honor and best man speeches. She didn’t even let our parents make speeches. Our guests asked us if she was at a funeral because of how upset she looked through the whole event. She messed up every start to the music, from the father daughter dance to the mother son dance. She also forgot the money dance, as well as some items to set out for our wedding. She was also rude to the groomsmen who brought the ice for the booze, and wasn’t answering texts moments before the reception began, becuase she was on lunch. Even though there’s free food for her at the out wedding. During our wedding, and our reception which pissed me off, random people kept walking on to use their building they bought from our coordinator that’s r originally were supposed to use as the bridal suit and to serve out food. Our guests kept walking into the building thinking it was apart of the venue, which we were never told that buildings would be operating otherwise we would have had a wedding somewhere else. Keep in kid this is on one property and we walked by it for the reception and had our wedding all around that building. At the end of the night she was extremely rude, rushing us off her property, huffing and puffing about cleaning up our wedding that we payed her to clean up aswell, included in the contract of her property and wedding coordination. I had to email all my venues and my hair and makeup artist all the wedding details, coordinating times with them, because she sent everything out the week of the wedding. At one point she admitted she wasn’t going to do weddings anymore and that this year was the last so maybe that’s why out experience was shitty, but we didn’t let her personal emotions ruin our wedding. Hopefully someone after us has a better experience but our whole bridal and grooms party were extremely upset, aswell as my mother in law and mom who helped pay for her venue and her services.

I booked the venue for my husband’s surprise birthday party. Really great indoor (with A/C) and outdoor space! I also took advantage of their in-house DJ which is an awesome option for any event. The owner (Tawnee) was super helpful in providing me with recommendations for catering, yard game rentals, chairs/tables and other companies I was in need for. Highly recommend L1920!

My sons 1st birthday was a hit! Great indoor and outdoor space. It was wonderful, we didn't have to stress about the weather. Easy parking. Amazing elegant and nutural design of the venue. Well cared for and clean restrooms. Staff/owners are fabulous and so welcoming! 10/10 reccomend for any event!

When you plan an outside event for months and a Hurricane decides to happen!?! I had to scatter for a plan B venue in 2 days.

I frantically called a few places locally in Alpine and L1920 was SO quick to reply and jump in to help. They had another event later in the day we needed and they STILL were able to squeeze us in the morning in their indoor space. She is very responsive, easy to work with, and extremely accommodating. Alpine is so lucky to have Tawnee (& L1920).

This place is incredible. Simple yet elegant. Easy to book, very accommodating, adorable and exactly what our party needed. We loved the indoor/outdoor space as it was perfect for kids. We will definitely be back!!!

Celebrate our daughters 7th birthday at L1920 yesterday and everyone had a great time! Kids and adults. Plenty of outdoor space for the kids and indoor space. Tawnee and Luis were amazing and provided such hospitality! Huge hit. Thank you again!
