Signed up with Labor systems approx 6ish weeks ago. As I was sitting there doing all my paperwork and was getting runs to do Uber Eats because that was my sole source of income.Robie was so sweet and told me "hey girl go make your money, I close at 1130" so I did. She was so sweet, patient and really gave me the impression she would do her best to place me. I wasn't very confident however because Lake Havasu seemed like temp work was mainly hard Labor, construction etc.. I called the next day after signing up and it was raining so Robie said it was pretty slow this time of year because of the rain which made me think "hard labor" even more. But then about 4 days later she called me and placed me at a desk job for a very good wage ! It was supposed to be a weeks work and here I am 4 weeks later still there! Rosie really is her peoples biggest cheerleader! She celebrates a job well done and is very empathetic when things go wrong with her people. I can't recommend this company and Robie especially enough Thank you Robie!!!

Absolutely incredible company. I've used labor systems in Flagstaff az and now in lake Havasu az. Robie De is so helpful and does her absolute best to accommodate your needs and place you in a job that suits you. She is absolutely AMAZING, I worked for her in Flagstaff Az a few years back and when I decided to move from Flagstaff I relocated to Lake Havasu Az, and was blessed with the chance to work for her again as she relocated to lake Havasu as well. I highly recommend this company to help find you employment. My experiences at labor systems have all be purely joyous, and that joy can only be attributed interacting directly with Robie De. Even if things don’t always turn out the way I want them, I always leave there with a self of empowerment and renewed pride in myself after just merely talking with Robie. All of the work and effort she puts into her job, to help all of us in so is nothing short of admirable and astonishing in the scope of the world these days. Robie has always put me and, I can attribute all or her employees first and foremost in ever regard. It’s hard to find people who who care, let alone an employer who isn’t just about the almighty dollar, until I had the pleasure of working with Robie. She gives people, like me who otherwise have been disregard by societal norms an opportunity to showcase who we actually are and where we plan to be, rather than let melt away in the monotony of unfulfilling day to day nonsense that we find ourselves in when we don’t have a purpose to strive for. Thank you Robin, even when I don’t feel worthy you give me that miraculous glimmer of hope, just by being in your presence. The way you carry yourself and believe in you and your faith gives me reason to keep trying when all the cards are very much against me. I've been working day labor off and on for more than 10 years. This office is one of the better temp services I have been through. Although the office hours are short 5-8 I believe, it's because one person runs the office, does the sales (to keep workers working) in addition to site visits. Most day labor is paid the same day but you won't find that here. You'll need to bring your work ticket in the following morning to get paid. My advice, go to the office when they open, show up sober, don't complain and get out there any make your money and it's smooth sailing.

Who has the extra cash to make two days on gas without pay if you do go get a real job iam not understanding. Drive from needles to ft Mohave then to jobsight then home the back the next day now you have wasted your entire days pay filling your tank thanks day labor you are not. Next day labor maybe. Very unsatisfied with. Your incomplete system of doing things. The lil man gets screwed while you collect all the money. The American way I guess
