If I could leave ZERO stars I would. The individuals at this facility have no business caring for ANYONE much less children, in my opinion. My son was at this daycare for a week and it was horrendous. There were nothing but trivial complaints every single day and to say it was stressful is an understatement. My son is 3 years old and has NEVER been to daycare, so he was very new to the experience. He acclimated very quickly and told me he LOVED his new friends. I saw how quickly he gravitated towards the other kids.

The "teachers" were a different story. I won't say "ALL" of the teachers because some of them seemed to have their hearts in it. The director and the one other teacher did not. In my opinion.

The first day I picked him up there were NOTHING but complaints, not one positive word. My son is completely potty trained at home and somehow NEVER went potty in the toilet there. Ok, they said regression is normal so I sent him in a pull-up. The teacher told me he wouldn't pull his pants up and down (completely) on his own. He's 3, that's your job to help him (in my opinion). He wouldn't take a 2.5 hour nap and be quiet... he's 3, he got rid of his nap when he turned 2, which I told them before he started there. THEN I was told I needed to provide tear away pull-ups because it was "Too much work" (direct quote from the teacher) to take his pants on and off when he has an accident. I did.

He started on Monday and on Friday I got a call, not a professional face to face, a CALL, two hours after I dropped him off, that he was being withdrawn from the program because they did not have enough staff and were having to combine classrooms. I'm not going to speculate about what actually went on, but this is not ok. They told me they would save his paperwork and call me when they had enough staff. WHAT!!!

I am lucky to be a stay at home mom. There were MANY parents who got that call on Friday and all of a sudden didn't have care for their children on Monday when they had to work.

This was honestly a blessing in disguise and someone up above knowing my child did not belong here. I found an AMAZING new daycare that values the children they care for and treat us like family. My son has been at his new daycare for a week and it is NIGHT AND DAY. Also, no accidents. What does that tell you?

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE unless you're desperate and have no other option.

I currently have a 2.5 year old little boy who started daycare within this daycare center and was told today that he would not be allowed to return because he was a problem child. I don't believe they have given in adequate time to adjust to this center. This was his 3rd day to ever be in a daycare center. They stated they are to short staff to take in such a problem child. My question is.. Why did you accept him to begin with knowing this was his first experience in a daycare? I'm so sorry my son wont take a 2.5 hour nap without being able to move from his spot.

And if 5 star reviews are posted after our 1 star reviews then that means the day care told people to do it or they made fake accounts just to put 5 stars! We aren’t the only ones who have complained I see 2 other reviews from people who took there kids there and have the same reviews and complaints as us. My nephews are good kids and have never had problems at other daycares but this is the only day care have kicked them out and said they have attitudes. In that case my nephews must have been not treated fairly if they have attitudes. But the day after they got kicked out they was accepted into candys daycare in Hillsboro and that daycare said they were so good and amazing. I do not recommend this daycare. Please pick another.

The OWNER does not deal with toddlers well. Why run a daycare then? If your child has color to there skin I prefer you go to a different daycare apparently they are troubled children. My children’s cousin was told the exact same thing as my 2 year old. “I’m not doing that with a 2 year old” what the OWNER said. Does not keep staffed I wonder why.

Do not recommend this day care. They can’t handle young kids and are unprofessional.
Had to transfer my 2 year olds due to the owner not wanting to “do that with a 2 year old”. I don’t know how she expects a 2 year old to act. I put a 2 weeks notice in on Monday . That afternoon turned into that coming up Friday. The next day Tuesday (due to a 2 year old melt down) turned into Wednesday. I or my mother (second contact) Was not informed that Wednesday was my kids last day. No phone call, voicemail, no email nothing But my kids items and my refund that afternoon. Not even a Note. The owner never looked me in the eye while talking to me. Extremely disrespectful. How are you a daycare own and can not deal with toddlers? Do not recommend.

Owner has NO class! The owner feels she has special privileges around town. Guess what lady, just because you have a daycare does not mean you get special privileges! I owned a daycare in California and would never treat potential clients or just people the way you do. But when you are a 2 ish star daycare clearly I am not the only one who thinks of your establishment as trash!

Wouldn’t even give them 1 star. Do not recommend this daycare. The owner Is RACIST and they can’t handle young kids. They are very UNPROFESSIONAL!! Pick a. Different day care. They will kick kids out any time saying they have attitudes. Which is a lie. If you can’t handle kids don’t own a daycare. THATS YOUR JOB. Worst experience ever.

We love this center!! When we moved to Whitney, we toured all the daycares and this one caught our eye first because of the cleanliness, her first day was a Holloween party, as any center, parties can be overwhelming and they made her feel so welcome, we knew we found our daycare
home. She was more then prek ready because of their wonderful circle time. She is now older but still goes to daycare when school is out and loves reconnecting with the staff and owners as they have become figures in her life.
