I left a Skilled Nursing Facility because I didn't require as much care as a SNF offered, but renting an apartment wasn't quite enough. Assisted Living offered the independence I wanted and the help I needed, so this was a perfect fit for my life. I can come and go as I want, but get the care I need. Three meals/day and snacks are provided. The home provides management of my medicine. I can choose whether or not they launder my clothes, and how frequently they clean my abode (trash collection is done daily). Lakeshore Living offers just the right balance in my life. There are weekly trips to go shopping as well as attendance at special events throughout the year. An on-site theater, on-site salon, free Wi-Fi and cable TV are just some of the amenities offered here. I couldn't have chosen a better arrangement! I know they recently had a change in ownership and have now undergone a name change and updated decor. Everyone I've met here, from the office employees to the caregivers, have shown genuine concern in making me comfortable in my new home. I do feel confident in claiming that this assisted living facility is truly and thankfully my new home!

We toured Lakeshore and met Bennie, Julie and the team. Everyone we met was very engaging and made us feel welcome. The building feels open and homelike. The available living spaces we toured are well appointed and the building clean. I really like the movie theater and dining area. The country-like setting is also very appealing.

I cannot stress how much I love Arbor House of Rockwall. I have worked for and have had family that's lived in other communities like this but none of them have ever felt like home. At Arbor House, the team cares for the residents. They are truly treated more like close friends and the compassion shown here is amazing. The food is great, the engagements are awesome and the residents are happy! It's a beautiful place.

I was able to send some pretty amazing families to live here at this Arbor House Rockwall location and to my delight, the families are still here and very happy. I feel really good about referring people to live a better life here and am so proud of the Executive Director and the caring staff she hires to care for our loved ones there. Its so exciting to know that there are such wonderful and special people working in such a beautiful environment for our aging population. Great work Rockwall Arbor House!

Lovely facility with comfortable rooms. The staff is caring and very well educated. We've had mom here more than a year and she is very happy. Competitive prices for the outstanding service we receive. I would highly recommend Arbor House and after extensive research can confirm this is the most well run senior facility in Rockwall.

Arbor House was such a big help to us during one of our lives greatest times of need. My mother lived out her last 3 years at Arbor House. The staff was amazing and she was in a place where she was happy and had friends. We're sad to lose mom but thankful we had Arbor House during that process.

My mother in-law has alzheimer's and lived with us for about 3 years. Arbor House has become part of our family and stepped in when we couldn't do everything. The staff is kind, understanding and highly trained in what they do. I strongly recommend Arbor House Rockwall to anyone looking for a high standard of elderly care.
