My little one has been coming here since he was 3 months. He is now going to be two. He absolutely loves it. The staff are always so kind and welcoming. They are very good with communicating and following up with anything and everything. They are also very good with cleanliness and sanitation.
I always recommend parents here and all of them have always came back to me and say that they love Ms. Lala and the staff.
I know my little one is in good hands and I can always leave knowing he is safe, loved, and well taken care of.

As a mother, it is always preferable to encounter fewer challenges, particularly in the realm of child care. Upon discovering this facility, I was overwhelmed with relief, unaware that numerous issues would arise from my experience here. Initially, they provided excellent supervision for my son and offered the necessary resources I required at that time. However, when I inadvertently upset them, they did not attempt to address the situation or seek to understand my perspective. It felt as though their approach was rigid, leaving no room for dialogue. Despite having paid my fees for the month, they denied me services. When I attempted to discuss this matter with the owner's assistant, she implied that if I caused her any discomfort, she could refuse services. When I addressed the owner, I found that she supported her assistant's behavior, stating that they could deny services if they perceived that "the parent isn't working," , which they perceived I wasn’t working that day although I was,all while continuing to collect fees. After contacting the Department of Economic Security (DES) for clarification, I learned that no daycare has the right to act in this manner. Consequently, I felt uneasy about leaving my child in their care and took the appropriate steps to report this situation to the relevant authorities. I was fortunate to possess all the necessary evidence to compile my reports. I felt compelled to share my experience regarding this daycare. Wishing the best of luck to all parents in search of childcare options.

I first read about this place and the story behind it in First Things First. I told my daughter about it for my 4 month old grandbaby. Please to all you mommies get the real scoop from those caregivers, don't be so quick to leave them at just any place no matter what they say they are. Visit the place over and over again. If a place is always hiring, they can't seem to keep their employees for a reason. We want those caregivers to be happy and paid well. It's them that will be caring for your babies and so all this matters, who runs this place and manage these caregivers.

My 2 year old son spent 1/2 his life here. I had to switch due to location, and it was devastating to us. Everyone there is so kind, patient, and loving. We still miss them. As far as daycare goes in this town there isn't a comparable place to send your children. Definitely top notch in every aspect of care and learning. Thank you guys for all you do!

It was good for a bit and we loved it until our daughter started coming home every day saying she hated it there and didn’t want to come back, would sob not to go in in the morning, and the owner threatened to call CPS because our daughter has chronic dermatitis and had an ongoing rash.
She’s now harassing me about a bill I literally CANNOT pay, which is another reason I took my daughter out.
Paying $1200 a month for a daycare is insanity in the first place, let alone paying that for a facility your child begs not to go to.

Workers & Owners are completely rude! Making false accusations & are completely unfair! Choose a better establishment for your kids & family.

This facility is very clean. The staff is nurturing and you can tell they love all the children. I couldn't find very much about their state inspections, come to find out, they never get any violations.
