School is very unorganized, teachers (some, not all) are lazy, and the decisions they make will set you up to fail if you're not careful. My advice is to go to a better college than this one, I know I'll never attend this school ever again.

Update! Some teachers are ok but, very unorganized school. The business department is a joke and so is the student government. If going for a business degree please go somewhere else. They don't care for students who work. Now a days its more like an high school than a college. Not a great school if your trying to figure yourself out. They really suck the fun out of learning!

I registered at Lawson State as a new student. My classes are at the Bessemer Campus but i cannot get in touch with anyone on the phone! I am getting scared as classes are starting next week, You would think that they would by manning all the phones but you cannot leave a message and no one is there to answer the phones.

Experience is good if you don't count the rude and ill-mannered administrators. You have to pretty much bend down and kiss their behinds to get a smile, or "you're welcomed" out of them. I'm sure there are plenty who'd love to have their jobs and would do it with pep and pride. Why are they still employed there? Oh well. Maybe one day my joy will rub off! 🙂

This college is extremely unorganized!! It doesn’t post semester classes on time and it doesn’t update it’s website to have correct information! I am wishing I wouldn’t have chosen LSCC… They also do not give you a professional style email and I cannot even delete unwanted emails on my LSCC provided email address!
