We arrived 20 minutes late for lesson and owner wouldn't do the lesson on shortened time AND said we must pay and took our payment.
We will not return. Owner conducts lessons and has all volunteer staff. This was unethical.

I'm not her son I'm a concerned friend with nearly 40 years knowledge of professional service contracts. Most contain such liability and cancellation policy in a written agreement of services.

In addition, there's no written contract on cancellation nor prior notice of cancellation fee. Therefore legally, the fee was not owed since there is no written agreement to such remedy.

In addition, a volunteer stable assistant was available to upon our 20 minute arrival to put the girl on a horse to join the remainder of the group lesson. You were not attentive to our arrival until the 40 minute time.

Volunteers are an advantage to your pocket book as free labor. In addition to the rescue horse nonprofit orgaization advantages you reap.

In this case, you should have waived any penalty with an initial notice of what is a late arrival 24 policy.

This is not a matter of the $65 but one of customer service and understanding.

If a refund is recieved, I will amend this post to that fact.

My daughters who are seven and 10 started on here about two months ago. It’s a great place do you start your kids with horse lessons. Currently we are scheduled for a weekly lessons and love it.

Lisa is passionate about teaching, and sharing her knowledge with new riders. The horses are well taken care of and friendly. This place is the best for the whole family!

Lisa is AMAZING!!! My daughter has been taking lessons there for 5 months now and we couldn't be happier! Lisa is patient yet firm, just as you should be when teaching people how to handle horses. All of her horses are rescue horses which is awesome!
