We stayed one night a week ago or so and I would definitely stay again if I were passing through. Very clean, comfortable bed and feels like it’s been well maintained. Super friendly staff, great much is much appreciated. Price is reasonable.

What a great hotel,clean and quiet
. Also close to the best restaurant, Jupiter Kitchen, the best Pizza and fresh donuts, Bakester, for the morning. Or breakfast in the hotel.

Excellent Stay!! Clean, neat, quiet, and friendly. Breakfast was great! Best waffles of our trip. Polish owner was a delight. Best stay (and least expensive) of our trip. We were hesitant because of the low cost, but the reviews convinced us to try it out. Glad we did!!

A home away from home! Friendly and welcoming staff, great breakfast offerings, including waffles! |A spacious, quiet and clean room. Convenient to local restaurants, and scenic attractions like Moab and Nine mile canyon. Any time of year is good!

This is the best budget motel we've ever stayed in...and we've stayed in lots of them. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet, enabling us to sleep well. The breakfast is small, but there are waffles, and the staff made them for us. Everything in the room was spotlessly clean and worked. The staff was friendly and helpful. We'll definitely stay there again if we're in Price, UT.

I have stayed here twice traveling through Price, UT and I won’t stay anywhere else when passing by. Staff was great and the rooms are nice and clean. Plus it’s always nice to support local. Definitely recommend. Happy Travels 🙂

No bed bugs and great waffles made from scratch for breakfast! Very well maintained property with an amazing manager. We will be back for sure.
