A worthy star in 2016, as my needed family course was provided with an appointment.
As of todays date, no star at all.

As an DOD employee since 1998, Customer Service relationships have been key with my trust.

Last week of Dec 2017, I left three voice messages on the Lemoore Family Resources Center Main telephone number. Same as their DSN contact number. The following week, of January 2018, left two more additional messages and again this second week of January 2018. Each with no mutual respect courtesy response.

In other words, the Navy Family Resources Center has not only let down my need of resource questions and class participation, this Federal funded program revenue is only provided as a privilege to the families.

Remember All, our A/D is priority, not the family employment positions.
