Our experience with Emilie has been excellent in all aspects.
She prepared our son (high school senior) in 4 month only to take the DELF (adult) with great success. Our son is a fluent speaker but had not formal training in French prior to meeting Emilie ,but she was able to provide the best support and teaching for him to feel comfortable and succeed on the test.
He is now going to study in France.
She is very kind, responsive, flexible, highly knowledgeable and adjust to the student's needs. Thank you Emilie!

As parents of French kids in the US, we struggled to find a French tutor for our kids. Our kids felt learning French was a chore, and made little progress. Then we found Emilie.

Emilie was able to make French classes interesting again. The content she prepares is very engaging. My kids are happy to go to the French class. Highly recommend!

Emilie knows how to put children at ease and let them open up. During the abrupt transition to online learning, she set a peaceful and engaging virtual class for them to enjoy. Learning is engaging and fun. Her communication with parents is smooth and to the point.

i highly recommend Emilie. my daughter is taking classes with her right now. her ability to motivate children at such a young age is very difficult via zoom- but emilie keeps them active and curious! i also had the pleasure to participate in one of her coffee talks. émilie clearly masters her domain. she stays very informed on the french curriculum. she is a great source of knowledge outside of her strong abilities to teach many subjects at different age levels. Emily is a fantastic teacher. She has a way with kids that open them up and keep them motivated to learn, even over zoom. Our 3.5 year old went from passive French to actively speaking in just a couple of month and he is counting minutes until every class. We can’t recommend Emily strongly enough.

Emilie est une enseignante extrêmement compétente, et en plus très sympathique. Mes deux enfants l'adorent et sont toujours partants pour faire un cours avec elle (alors qu'avec leur maman, c'est une autre histoire...!). Elle m'a bien aidée également (accompagnement parental). Je la recommande vivement!

Emilie is an outstanding teacher, and is super nice and friendly to boot. My kids love her and are always keen to attend her lessons - they show a bit more reluctance with their mom...

Ma fille de 6 ans adore Emilie ! Pourtant elle ne la connaît que "virtuellement" (pour l'instant), à travers l'atelier "A la découverte de l'opéra" qu'elle a suivi via Zoom en avril.
Emilie a un don avec les enfants ! Elle sait les intéresser et les faire participer. Elle est très professionelle et les différentes sessions de l'atelier étaient toujours bien préparées. Elle adapte également le contenu en fonction des éventuels imprévus techniques ou des réactions des enfants 🙂
Je recommande vivement ses ateliers !
