My van was taken right back, fixed, and out so fast! The gentleman that took care of my keys at least was so awesome. He realized that we were in a somewhat time crunch so just took care of things and got us back on the road! I've always had good service here 🙂

We were on our way to Idaho falls when our RV had a tire leak. I searched the Google and find les Schwab tire in Brigham. We went there and they repaired our tire in less than an hour. All the staff were very friendly and professional. They removed the damaged tire and fixed it. I didn’t believe when the cashier said I have to pay $21.00. It was unbelievable. In California I should have paid much more for that service. Thank you Les Schwab Tire

Very, very slow. As I write this right now, I've waited for over 45 minutes and they haven't even started on my rig. Sometimes our drivers have had to be here for hours at a time just waiting. Runs out the log book making you late to unload or reload appointments. If they would actually move quickly, I could give a higher rating.

Edit: once they finally got to me, Oscar did a great job and got it done fast. But I still lost 2 hours of drive time on my logs sitting here... Maybe they just need to get more guys that can get the job done quickly with quality, like Oscar did for me.

Aug 26 update - Today they got working on me and our other truck immediately so it is a great improvement! I've never had a problem with their quality of work, just wait times. Today was much better and I hope the trend continues!

My husband took my car in for a service. They told him they topped off all the fluids. That afternoon my power steering was making a terrible sound. It needed power steering fluid. So my husband just called and they said they don't check the fluid levels. Very disappointed. We won't be back.

I have to say these guys are awesome! Great experience. Unfortunately I picked up a screw in a new vehicle, pulled into there place at 7:30am however they were not open until 8am. Thankfully they pulled me in right away and repaired the tire and got me right back on the road. I have had issues with taking a vehicle into manufacture service department where rims come back scratched and beat up, these guys took meticulous care of the rim especially on the new vehicle, no issues, was quick and efficient. Kuddos you guys and thank you so much!
