Had an appt for today for a phone interview. It was canceled, due to a "Family Emergency", at the very last moment. Was made to pick another date & time. Let's bet they don't call or email me on Oct 22 either. I'm not going to answer their call anyway because in the 2 weeks I was made to wait for this phone call, that they canceled, I got a job and no longer want the job they were hiring for!

Lifehouse agency's management cares nothing about their clients.
They care more about employees than client needs.
And God forbid there is a client that is very verbal and sticks up for his or her rights.
Then there is the clients family. If they are involved and actually care for their family member, acting in their best interest instead of Lifehouses' needs they fight you all the way then they dump the client.
There have been a major purge of "certain" clients lately due to the uncaring and they dont want to deal with clients who are not only physically but mentally disabled attitude.
The management is incompetent and uncaring.
If you love your family member find another agency

Life house is a horrible agency they don’t care about their clients or their employees which leads to miscommunication and everyone being unhappy if you are considering their agency I recommend you reconsider
