When did move? Bell learning center was an answer to prayer. Back in 1993. I was tested to see why I wasn’t doing well in school. It was 11 years after The graduated high school 1982 a friend of mine heard about this organization on the radio and told me to get tested so my mom at the time and I went to the Delmar California location. There are they gave me the tests spent all day there from eight 8 AM till 5 PM with 15 minute breaks in between. The test results showed that I suffer with a cognitive deficit disorder which means I can’t follow direction. I have a hard time coming to conclusion when I explain things without being long-winded I have a difficult time I do read I can read it when I process this information either writing it down or verbalizing it orally. The downfall of this is I’ve had well over 200 jobs and 40 years later I still with trying to keep a job, and I tried several times in fact, six times I’ve went through Social Security to help me get permanent disability since I didn’t go through the training at the time because my parents refused to spend the money to get me treated but the plus side to all this is I can now know what I struggle with and I try and make it work. So parents should have their children tested here at Lindamood-Bell instead of listening to doctors, putting their children on Ritalin and other medication which doesn’t do any good. Lindamood-Bell organization does not promote not only promote meant to say doesn’t this is why I struggle I know I don’t wanna say it, but it’s hard for me to put into words. The Lindamood Bell organization does not promote children to take Ritalin or any other drugs that are supposed to help with their cognitive ability, they have different methods which work but since I don’t have the treatment not doing so well in my life, but I am so glad I highly highly highly highly recommend this organization for people of all ages it’s not just children school-age children even adults at age 60 years old Who want to be retested and they can be retested as many times as necessary. Bravo Lindamood-Bell for coming up with this organization to help people with their struggles academically and their lifestyle meaning every day life life can be challenging but you have cognitive deficit disorder. It’s very challenging and very hard and a very lonely road to walk on. Thank you again Lindamood Bell your great organization and I hope you continue with this wonderful organization for many generations to come.
