Living Well Event Center is an amazing place for a wedding! Our wedding was in June and the weather was perfect during the ceremony around high 70s/low 80s. At night it does tend to get a little chilly, so if you're stagnant then you'll need a jacket, but it's perfect weather for everyone to dance in a crowd!

We mainly communicated with Greg, and he was very responsive and took the time to answer all of our questions. We loved their flexibility for decorations, the time we are allowed on the venue for the day-of so the bride and groom can get ready with their bridal party. The additional rooms to get ready in are available at no additional costs.

They also gave the option for our vendors to tour the area before the wedding. Greg has done multiple weddings, so he gave us personalized options for our party size (e.g. how/where tables are placed, where catering will be located for buffet, bar location). Our total count was around 60, so there plenty of space for round table seating and the dance floor in the center of the deck. Living Well provides chairs and tables, so we didn't have to worry about hiring another vendor to coordinate the set-up.

I would highly recommend this venue if you want an outdoor wedding! There are multiple locations for photo opportunities, and the guests love having the options too. They also don't restrict vendors, so you're allowed to work with anyone you want for catering, florist, DJs, etc.

I couldn't have picked a better place than Living Well USA. Patty and Greg are the absolute best and the most down to earth people ever. We were able to visit many times and they always kept a good communication with us. They worked with us to make the wedding of my dreams. I HIGHLY recommend this place for your wedding. The view of the Monterrey Bay is incredible! Everyone absolutely loved the view. We didn't even need decorations because the nature is wonderful around the venue. Words can't express how thankful I am to them. I couldn't ask for anything better. Don't hesitate to book this place for your wedding you won't regret it!!!

My niece was married here just Saturday 9/07/2024. The venue was absolutely amazing! The owners were there to assist with any of our needs! So selfless and so special of an event! I would recommend this first who is looking for a first class venue. I just want to go on and on about this and how we are treated so kindly! It's a beautiful venue with beautiful people running it! I'm so impressed with this place! Please give them a call! They were so helpful what a beautiful place!

Living Well is a truly special place run by two very special people. Greg and Patty, the owners of Living Well, never ceased to amaze us with their commitment to seeing our wedding be a success and working with them felt more like a partnership than a business arrangement.

Their calm and kind demeanor and ability to cater to all our needs meant every visit to their beautiful venue reset any stress and anxiety we were having about our wedding.

The night of the wedding was spectacular with Patty and Greg continuing to offer support throughout the night and going above and beyond any expectations we had.

My daughter just had a wedding there last weekend. It was perfect. The venue was the absolute best place to have the event. They had everything set up on time and hosted us to perfection. I highly recommend this place for any special event. There is plenty of space and parking too. Its main view is overlooking the Santa Cruz forest, and on a clear day, you can see the ocean. I would like to thank Greg and Patty for the hospitality.

Wedding venue of our dreams! My wife and I got married here in September 2023 and it was such a spectacular place to celebrate with our 65 guests. The view - looking out over the rolling hills of redwoods, with the ocean on the horizon - is truly breathtaking. We fell in love the moment we saw it, and it blew our guests away. Being in that much natural beauty took so much pressure off other things - we could keep decor minimal. Who needs balloons with a view like that! And the set up is so versatile - we had our late afternoon ceremony in the upper courtyard, which offered shade for our guest from the house (and the photos of us saying our vows have that gorgeous backdrop). There’s also a small deck where we had a jazz trio play during cocktail hour, and we set up the pathway to the big deck with our guest book/photo station and the paella & buffet stations. That left us the whole deck for dinner tables, the band, and a big dance floor. Piecing together the layout from all the options the space affords was so much fun, and it made us feel like the event was really ours, you know? It was exactly what we wanted.

Just as importantly, the owners, Greg and Patty, were such generous and thoughtful hosts. They exude warmth and made us feel welcome from the first moment we arrived. They walked us through the venue, throwing out ideas for ways we could really make the space our own. They were amazing with communication, too. We were able to confirm and book the space about a year in advance of the wedding, and over the following 12 months, I must have sent a couple dozen emails with questions. They answered every single one within a day at the most, and always with ideas to help make our plan a reality. During our walk through, they were so helpful with offering solutions to make things run smoothly, and when we arrived on the day, they had everything set up exactly as we discussed.

Living Well was such a gem of a place to find, and I cannot recommend it strongly enough.

My wife and I couldn’t be more grateful for LivingWell and Greg/Patty. All of the basics that you’d want in a venue for your wedding are there (from the gorgeous view, peaceful environment, the responsive/thoughtful/kind owners, and the comprehensiveness of the facilities) while two things made LivingWell and Greg/Patty exceed expectations. The first was that my wife and I needed a flexible venue that had an open mind about how we used the space and didn’t bog us down with policies/rules/bureaucracy. LivingWell was perfect with how it is owned by Greg/Patty (a husband/wife duo rather than a company) who from the start gave us the permission to be creative with how we used the space and supported new things we wanted to try that haven’t been done before at the venue (ie. Using a different entrance to the ceremony or setting up the A/V system in a new way). The second was how Greg/Patty were the perfect planning/execution partners. Again, they were both open-minded to our ideas and also knew how to best support them with their expert knowledge of the venue. They were both more than generous with their time and resources each time we asked about something. They were always so kind, eager, and calm each time we talked/visited. And they gave recommendations for vendors when we were lost and connected us to dependable people who could help with janitorial duties at our wedding. On the day-of, the venue had perfect weather with it being sunny but also breezy and so many of our guests said explicitly that they loved the environment and view. Everybody had such an amazing time, the wedding exceeded our vision, and the logistics flowed seamlessly. A huge reason for that is just how amazing of a venue LivingWell is and how amazing of hosts Greg/Patty are. 2 last notes are: 1) the cost of the venue is more than reasonable with how much support/space/flexibility you get and 2) note that there are only 3 single stall bathrooms to use with 2 being portables (this wasn’t a problem at all for guests with the portables being extremely clean and the guy guests primarily using the portables).

This place is a hidden Gem of South Bay! Highly recommended and suitable for all events that you would like to do outdoor. Greg and Lisa were extremely easy to work with. They were very helpful while planning the event and the best thing is that they usually presence during the event so they can help incase you need anything.
