Love the Logan Library! The new building is Gorgeous! They have everything so organized by age of the readers (kids, teens and adults) and it’s perfect for so many events. They have lot of great space for reading, desks, chairs and even bean bags! The kids area is big and beautiful!

Update: 12/24: The remodel they did is a nice update. There are a lot more areas to study areas. And a nice dedicated kids area where they won’t bother others if they are noisy. It does have a more modern office vibe and less of a “warm” vibe like the North Logan library.

Original (4-Stars, 2016) Great library, I have studied here for hours. For the most part the staff is helpful. They have a decent selection as well.

Man, oh, man. This place is crazy awesome. Three stories with space to work, read, study, or even work on the pilot for Netflix you just can’t finish. Can’t recommend this library enough. Parking is weird but the hotel next door is cool about the shared parking.

The building sucks. There are no cozy common spaces and the floors echo to much. The book organization and event space is fine and the staff are great but it feels more like a store then a library. I used to love reading AT the library. Now it feels to stiff in there to enjoy. The old building set up was perfectly fine 🙁 Bigger doesn't always mean better even if it is pretty.

The library staff are great. The library itself is one of the few things the city of Logan was able to get right with their tax money. I don’t understand why the city doesn’t open the library until 1pm on a Saturday? I’m writing this at 11:49 am. When I arrived 3 families walked up to the door then left because it was locked. Professionals wanting a quiet spot on a Saturday morning. Or someone like me wanting to get a fresh book for their day off. Too bad we’ll be waiting until 1pm! You’ve already built the Library Logan… now figure out how to manage it. Maybe there is a book inside that could help?

My family and I absolutely love coming to the logan library. It was easy to sign up for a library card for my son and I.

My kids love the kids book area and I love the huge variety of manga books!!

Besides books to check out there DVD’s, games and audiobooks!

I continue to tell my coworker and friends to stop by and check it out 🤗

I have always loved the library but there has never been a library quite like Logan's. All of the librarians make you feel safe and welcome; but MJ is the best one by far! I have never been afraid to ask them for anything and they always go the extra mile to make my partner and I feel included. Librarians are a special breed but Logan's are on another level of kindness. Thank you all!

This new building is an extreme disappointment.
There is too much wasted space.
Too much direct sunlight on the computer monitors.
It is way too noisy.
There should be carpeting on the entire floor.
Whoever designed this and built it should be prevented from ever doing this again.
Why in the world is this library effectivity closed on Saturday? I work in the middle of the day, so I can never easily go to the library, except for on my one day off in the week, which is Thursday, my other day off being Sunday.
I know many families who want to take their children into the library in the morning, especially during the summer. There are no morning hours there. The library should be a service to the people, not a hindrance.
And while it is always good to keep the library quiet, which one might assume is why the librarians discourage parents from keeping their children with them safely in the top two floors, the librarians seem to do absolutely nothing to keep the sound levels down. Even on the second and third floors I have heard people talking, not just in normal voices but in loud voices, which carry throughout the floors because there are no carpets to dampen he sound.
This is the worst library I remember ever being in throughout my life, and that's saying something.
Such an extreme disappointment.
