Wifi does not work, had to use my phone as a hot spot. They only allow 1 hr for the study rooms. Tried to use the common area for studying, however one guy was watching youtube on loud undisturbed. Will not come back for studying here as I need a quiet environment. Coming down the stairs to inform the attendant you need 1 more hour is not a great idea, especially when you need to concentrate on your studying.

No library etiquette from staff! They talk loudly at front desk that is disturbing when reading on computer or books. The manager apologies but is okay with loud staff who has no concerns for readers in a library. Printing is good.

The study rooms are nice, and the variety of books throughout seem great, but it can get noisy sometimes. Apparently in the study rooms, people are allowed to talk out loud on their phones, having zoom meetings and whatnot. For the rooms across, the noise comes through easily and makes it difficult to concentrate. For some of us who have sensitivity to noise and are looking for a quiet peaceful place to read books, it's sad that some libraries (others seem to have the same issue) don't take as much care to monitor the noise level like they used to when I was growing up.

Very friendly staff. I went in to get a library card and they were very friendly and helpful getting it set up. It's a large building with a lot, A LOT of books. I was looking for one in particular wasn't in stock, so they are ordering it for me.

I must admit, I had tried to have 8 hour study sessions in the libraries of Redlands and Highland.

But this library has a good safer atmosphere with patrons who are in the same mindset of peaceful reading. The librarians must be given credit , as a whole they shine above the other librarians than the previous cities mentioned.

They are approachable people. Just relax, and enjoy the practical , and safest library in the Inland Empire.
