The GI lab nurse did not care about patient and their family members. My husband's procedure was postpone for 4 hours because he drank water at 6:30am. The instruction we received from the mail stating that he could drink water prior to the procedure. My husband asked the male nurse to call me about the delay. I was the driver waiting in the GI lab lobby. This nurse did not call me. I got worry after 1.5 hours, and checked with the receptionist. She told me that my husband just went in for the procedure. It was not true. My husband was put in an office sitting and waiting. After 3 hours, I checked again, and found out that my husband just went to the procedure area. Later, my husband told me that while he was waiting, the nurses were gossiping loudly and he had to asked the door to be closed. He was awaken several times while waiting by the nurses' loud laughing. We are disappointed about the in professionalism and uncaring exhibited by the GI lab staff.

Horrible experience and my own mother is the CDI at this hospital. Treat my disabled son terrible!
Sent my 4yr old home with zero pain meds after surgery! Oh it goes even worse down hill from there! I plan on discussing this with patient relations and risk management highly upset

DO NOT TRUST THEM FOR BRAIN SURGERY, DEEPLY REGRET LETTING THEM TOUCH ME, I FEEL WORSE THAN EVER AFTER LETTING THEM TOUCH ME. DR LEE SAID HE WAS SCRAPING A TINY LITTLE LESION OFF IN MY BRAIN THST WAS THE CAUSE OF MY SEIZURES, NO THEY INSTALLED LEADS IN MY HEAD THAT ARE MAKING ME FEEL LIKE MY HEAD IS GONNA POP. YOU WORK FOR A HOSPITAL THAT HAS GODLY MORALS, GOD IS GONNA GET YOU PEOPLE FOR WHAT YOU’VE DONE.

What too thank the staff on unit 12A internal M for the more than wonderful care they had given me. Staff was enjoyable fun too have been with.

The cal in service is nothing short of horrible. It isn't due to Covid either. Two hour phone waits where, once connected, one is disc as often as not. Totally unacceptable
