Unbelievable how terrible this place is. Received a vague voice-mail that my dad was in this hospital with a critical condition. Called back at least 12 times within an hour period to try and get any information on his status. Was given the run around. Was told they were not sure who his nurse even is. Transferred me about 7 times. Hung up on me three times. On hold for about 8 minutes before being told the Dr would call me. He never did. Called back again. Nothing. At this point I had zero clue if my dad was even alive or what his condition was. Being 700 miles away....telephone was all I had at this point. Received a phone call to ask me what insurance my dad has....again, no information about my dad or his status. Able to call about insurance but not to tell me what exactly was going on with him. Crying and desperate for any answers. Nurse laughed at my frustration and still gave me no answers. Here we are.....still no answers. Absolutely despicable hospital. You should be ashamed of your staff.

Entered the Urgent Care and the nurse examined my arm for visible lumps. Nurse sent me in for an X-ray. I had to tell medical professionals that I needed an ultrasound. They had me wait two hours for a doctor to Inform me that I needed an ultrasound not an X-ray. I already explained that. It is ridiculous. 5hrs and still waiting.

Decent care, but I had chronic pain going in and in extreme pain from a very bad lung infection and prior surgery, and didn’t care about managing my pain while I was here. I’m usually unable to do anything at all and rely on help to do most things and they give you Tylenol, like your having a minor joint pain. Just like all the pharmacies in this country that were complicit in helping Purdue spreading oxi everywhere I was one of the people they gave it to freely and then cut off. They are afraid of getting sued and don’te about the pain of the patient and I couldn’t get any doctor to talk to me about it. They put up a wall and turned off their messaging so they wouldn’t have to deal with me, even when all of the nurses were advocating for me

I was treated for cervical cancer at this hospital with Dr Momeni. From my pre-op visits, and the two surgeries I needed to have, everyone was really nice. Dr Momeni himself is brief, but he made an effort to personally inform my family of how my surgery had gone and both surgeries went very well.
Every anesthesiologist i spoke to was really thorough and communicative and made me feel comfortable.
I was mostly dreading my overnight visit because I HATE staying in hospitals. In my past experiences, every hospital I’ve stayed at is depressing and dirty and the staff is usually rude. This overnight visit was so different though. Every single nurse was really patient and kind. I never felt concerned that I’d be forgotten in my room, because I was checked on constantly and gently. My overnight nurse was Rob and he was really nice and helpful.
I also had a room with a nice view, so my stay didn’t feel claustrophobic at all.
I can’t really think of a single bad thing to say, every facet of this rather stressful and scary ordeal has been made as pleasant as possible by every staff member I encountered.

I will NEVER go back to Loma Linda East Campus again, even if I’m on my death bed. It should be shut down or audited. There was No hot water in my room, No Towels, supplies. I had bled on the floor and no one came to disinfect or even clean it. They mixed up my dinner tray with another patients, the nurses were so disrespectful, ignoring the call light . I did almost everything myself. I begged my son to take me home, they were gonna let me die there. One nurse even searched my purse/bags thinking I was stealing. If you can go to another hospital, I would recommend it.

Most definitely not bringing my grandparents here anymore, don’t know what they are doing. My grandma almost got her foot amputated when it was not necessary. They admitted a lady with covid in her room now she has to stay longer. Yesterday a girl came out screaming from a room nearby shouting how her sister just passed away when she was hours away from getting discharged. For my understanding when a person is getting discharged it means that person is better and good to go home. My grandmother had a heel with cangren that we have been taking care of at home, we bring her here and now an infection ran to her bone and her heel stinks like dead animal. They have been putting a large silicone patch on her heel and that is what’s causing her infection and smell, we have told 4 nurses yet they don’t seem to care.
