My wife's water broke, we walked into via the adult emergency side they kindly took us via a wheel chair to the labor department. Staff was so friendly and organized the hospital is super clean and well maintained. Great Service!!!

I recently wanted to be seen with them I tired to make an appointment. I was on the phone for 4 hours trying to get appointment . Very unprofessional when I did get someone they keep transferring me to different people and no one knew who was in charge of anything. It was frustrating I just gave up because of the lack of communication they have with their own staff

Really nice staff and very clean, fast service. I went to the lab and Jeramy had a postive attitude and helped me with what I needed. The phlebotomist in window #9, she drew me and it was painless

I went there for a procedure behind my knee,everybody was so professional and so helpful,they did an excellent job on me.Thanks I feel great!! The only problem is to find parking,my husband took more then an hour to find a parking about a mile away.

Although it is a nice location, clean and convenient, the wait time is always so long. First you provide your name and receive a pager. Then they page you to the registration window indicated on the pager to fill out forms... return to wait. Finally, some time later you will get called to draw labs.

Really unprofessional the person Alfredo couldn't find my labs and manager suggested I'd go to quest. It was for my 10 yr old son who has been suffering for 2 yrs with stomach issues.

After a transplant, we have had many labs done here. They are alway very good at what they do and the people are very professional and friendly. Yes, there is a line in the morning but they have plenty of people doing the job and we get through much faster than we were used to from another lab we had been using.

Staff was very polite and professional. The phlebotomist, Jessica that drew my blood was amazing. From "hello" to " have a blessed day" 1.5 minutes max! No bleeding or bruising.
