I never give reviews but I feel like I had to for this one I went in to take my 1 year old daughter an eeg and the nurse was very impatient and was more concerned about what my son was doing mind you my son was sitting on the floor playing with a wind spinner she had gave him then took it away from him saying don’t do that he was not even doing anything and she just yanked it away from him my son also got up next to her to see was she was doing to his sister and accidentally touched her arm & was like can you tell your son to go sit over there mind you my son is two and was worried about his sister then she was giving me a hard ass look and was so like what do you wanna do so I told her that I would just reschedule because she was pissing me off then she failed my daughters eeg so I couldn’t reschedule dude to now me having to go back to her primary doctor and getting another order in i suggest you guys get more kid friendly staff to work with kids it takes patience and practice is what the nurse didn’t have at all

The Loma Linda sleep study program appointment was very quick and easy if you are willing to be on a cancellation call, which I was..I got in within 6 days. My experience was exceptional. The place was clean, somewhat clinical but very comfortable. I was in and out before I knew it. I am grateful my results were processed very quickly and I was able to get into the next department for the necessary equipment to better my life.

This is Diane, not Julian but wanted to say Very professional, friendly and informative personnel. Facility is organized, clean and efficiently ran. Rebecca was wonderful and knowledgeable. Best sleep study I've had so far! It would have been nice to either have more restrooms or not wake up everyone at the same time, but not the end of the world. Overall pleasant experience as sleep studies go. Did I say Rebecca was wonderful? The woman deserves a bonus.

Called a couple of months ago and left a voice message. Received no return call for follow-up. Called again today, again no one picked up. Left another voice message, not expecting a call back but who knows. Please get more workers or a better phone line or even a queue with hold music; don't just hang up after 5 rings and send it to voicemail. At this point, I'd rather appeal with my insurance for a different clinic than try here again.

The service is very unprofessional, they put paste to fix the connectors, on the face, forehead, head and they leave the paste soles and tell the patient you can remove it with hot water. like the adhesive connectors they put on your calves, they don't bother taking them off on patients. The equipment is obsolete, the mattresses on the beds are very hard, the blankets are very heavy. the pillows have a plastic cover which makes them very hot and very noisy.The air conditioning is very cold and cannot be controlled and because I am allergic to changes in temperature I came out sick coughing and with a cold. the beds do not have headboards and one cannot lean against or hold the pillow against the headboard, the beds are attached to the windows and because they do not have headboards all night one touches the plastic curtains and the patient wakes up.

I don't recommend this place for this kind of studies.

The loma linda sleep center staff is so unprofessional & rude. They need to be trained on how to talk to their patients. They are also very disorganized. They cancelled my son's appointment 3 hrs prior to the appointment scheduled time, they claimed to be short staffed yet I had scheduled the appointment 2 months in advanced. They are so weird & I will never want anything to do with them ever again. I called Rady Children's Hospital in San Diego & my son will get treatment from them. Loma linda is a total shame. They should not exist & don't deserve a star.

Extremely terrible service. I am trying to find a way to get my insurance to reverse the charges, if possible. They posted a version of the results of my study that I was unable to open. I have been unable to reach them for the report so, since June 14, I don’t know if I am going to going to drop dead or not. Interestingly, they had the presence of mind to send me a CYA message about issues with some of their equipment that may affect me. They have still not communicated with me. Find another provider. This outfit does not have the Loma Linda UMC values.

I have called on different hours on different days to no avail. I have never heard back. I leave messages for weeks without any reply. I have been Diabatec for 25 years and heart disease patient for 12 years. I have moved around also. Consequently I have been to many different doctors over the years. Never have I encountered a worse medical office/organization than this one. I have never left a bad review for any medical company ever. Mistakes happen. This is truly the worst of the worst.

I have no experience with their medical staff. All I am trying to do is talk to someone to get an appointment. I leave messages and nothing happens. I don't have a clue about their expertise. I am worried that they will take months, after and if they conduct a sleep study, to send report to my doctor. Sad part is they are associated/sanctioned by one of best medical universities - teaching hospitals in the world.

Shame on Loma Linda for not keeping an eye on their associates and allowing their name to be used.
