I stayed here in 2019 while my baby was in the nicu, very friendly staff and really clean. They have rules you need to follow but I was only there to sleep. They have kitchens for you to use and certain days they have breakfast, lunch or dinner.

This is the most amazing place. While my wife and I were visiting from Maryland, my wife went into labor at 23 weeks. Our son is currently still in the hospital, and having a place to stay so close by while we are so far from home is wonderful. Volunteers come in almost daily and provide meals for us, which is a blessing for we have no time for anything. I don't know what we would have done without this place.

I was so thankful to find a place to stay next to the hospital here in Long Beach. The Ronald McDonald House is a blessing to families that need a place to stay when they have a loved one that's across the street at the hospital. The place is very clean very safe has a nice kitchen and a big living room as well as a play area for the kids and also a refrigerator to keep your food in

Friendly staff wonderful volunteers. Staff is great with the kids in the house. This place helped us out a lot by letting us stay here. Not having to worry about gas going to and from the hospital or having to park at the hospital ($5 if you stay more than 20min and if you leave the Hospital parking lot and come back thats another $5) the house is in walikng distance to the hospital but if you can't walk that far the hospital could send a car out to get you from the house to the hospital or from the hospital to the house. To go here would be one less thing to worry about they have food almost every day you can do your laundry 24/7 the staff is there to help and I am thankful for the donators and staff members for all they did.

Respect, duty, and care is there motto, beautiful facility, nice walks in and where the people who come are servers instead of served , helping one another and giving volunteer work is crucial, I truly respect that and it's a great view and awesome programs ad offer, we are all on like a community a MC Donald community.

They were so rude to my family in 2014 I am a mother of 7 I was on my death bed they sent letter's to my room only allowed a certain amount of children to stay with me with me facing my child being in NICU for 4months if you're not black perfect Paradise but for us colored folk's I was on surveillance 24/7and hardly was there.they lied and accused my children father of being drunk and he's not an drinker he was tired for being the only parent available to take care of 6little ones alone no help.really sad .
