So if the website is inoperable and the automated services continues to disconnect you, you're supposed to drive an hour out of the way to pay the bill b/c heaven forbid they mail out statements anymore. When I told the rep the automated system disconnected me twice, she transferred me there again. Really? LACO. Waterworks….you're a joke. do better.
