I really enjoyed my time at LASA. I took the accelerated 5 week CNA class. Miss January was great running our orientation, very cheerful and upbeat. Mr. Vaughn was wonderful in BLS training. I spent the most time with Nurse Cory who was our CNA instructor. He made the class fun and informative at the same time. He made each student feel supported and truly wanted everyone to succeed in the program. In a short time our class became like a family cheering each other on as we completed skills and helping one another when we forgot steps. The theory portion on zoom was fast paced but definitely doable as long as you were focused and taking notes. Read the policies and be ready to dedicate your time to the class in order to pass successfully. You really cannot miss a day as you could miss critical information.

My instructor was Mr Cory and he is absolutely amazing. Well knowledgeable and vastly experienced. He made the program very easy and interactive. He didn’t mind to go over skills a million times as long as it helps us get better at it . Before now I wasn’t sure I could cope with the programme but with the help of Mr Cory it was a work over . Thank you Mr Cory you are absolutely the best instructor anyone could ever ask for.
