Very bad costumer service, workers are lazy and talk a lot about their personal life while attending costumers. Their very fast at attending but only because they need to get back to “work”. When asking questions they will reply with a very simple and un-detailed answer. Very unprofessional.

So I didn’t pay .50 cents on my water bill and these a-holes turned off my water 2 days later and they charged me $35.00 are you serious? For .50? That’s so stupid you guys are scammers! you guys would not turn my water back on until I paid the $35 ya’ll basically robbed me! And when I paid the $35 you guys took forever to turn the water back on after I told you guys I had two kids! Wow!!!! You guys are ridiculous!!!

Corrupt, wallet rapist, nickel and dime fine happy crooks. Unhealthy drinking water at premium water prices, city maintenance services are pathetic, cobblestone streets ride easier than many in this town.
