I was looking into different options and this was on my list until I read the reviews.. the reviews themselves weren’t terrible it was the response from the owner that really hit a cord. There is a degree of professionalism you should hold yourself to and I definitely did not see that. Unfortunately it does reflect very poorly on how your business conducts itself… please do better and learn to take criticism constructively.

This is just strictly based on the responses to the online reviews. I am currently in the healthcare profession and have been for the better part of twenty years. I was taken off guard to how the person(s)/owner, who is supposed to represent this program is responding. Setting aside the misspelling and grammatical errors to some of the reviews, it appears this person has a very difficult time with accepting criticism from the current or former students who have attended their program. Granted no program /college would be enthusiastic about being criticized, however what people have gone through, is INDEED their individual experience. The fact that the respondent takes a less than professional attitude towards anything that is otherwise positive, lend some credibility to what these former students were complaining about. Therefore maybe another look into where the program can make improvements to service the current and possible future students better, wouldn't be a bad idea. Perhaps a more "higher ground" response to any future disagreeable reviews would service the college better, anything less is not a good look for the school. Respectfully, thank you.

Honestly I do not recommend this place. It's not only unprofessional but toxic. The professors are very unprofessional. We had a Spanish speaker student who was promised a person to translate for her but never got someone and they ignored it. So me and another student tried to help her translate some of the classes but we were told if we spoke Spanish again in we were kicked out. I found it offensive and rude. The manger and professor were rude in many ways. And the professor was always LATE and we were told many times not to be late but the professor was. Make it make sense. Look somewhere else. There's red flags everywhere.

If I could give this place negative stars I would! As a current student, they offer 0 resources and their teaching is horrible. My classmates and I are denounced for asking questions when we are confused. There are no lesson plans everything is sloppily scattered everywhere. A lot of the times we are taught wrong information! The manager is in no way understanding and at times rude. After being in their CNA course for 2 months already I have learned more from google and quizlet than by joining their class. The only positive reviews are left here by their office manager which she uses different accounts to post. Save your time effort and money! look elsewhere for career training!

I was shock to hear the review above me POO . I was student to and I really admire the staff and they were very professional . Not only passed the board the first time, but also they found me a good job right away but I know the Director does not allowed bullying. The instructor is very strict when is comes to training. I even got FREE CPR training!. i suggest this school to anyone who is serious about there Career. !

I called for a consultation appointment and gave me a same day appointment as requested, This place was very informative, came to ask for more information regarding the nursing program, they had me come in and explained everything in details and when over the program for CNA . Im very happy with the service. i do recommend this to anyone trying to excel in a new career
