Overnighted here in RV slot. For a change only Rvs were in the 6 or So RV slots. Many times we see bobtails on n rv slots but here they were backed in nearby in smaller spaces. Trucks use separate entrance but drive slowly down road next to RVs but it still gets noisy and earplugs are recommended. It is a very busy truck stop. Lovely views of mountains. Great friendly engaging staff. Attentive to coffee supply. They have salads! We love the spinach chicken walnut cranberry with raspberry vinaigrette. ! Would like to see more breakfast selection but they had sausage egg burritos and the Breakfast trays. Carl’s Jr and subway don’t do breakfast. Women restroom was clean men’s was not as much with a lot of paper on the floor which seems to be norm everywhere. Just like in the airplane I wipe the sink for the next person. I think it’s more the customers are messy and the staff can’t keep up. Nice sidewalks with grass to walk dogs. Not sure where the dog park was which we never use anyway because many people don’t Pick up and we have little dogs. The RV Stop looks nice and has an amazing view of the mountains but we didn’t stay there. Fuel price was on the high side even with the lives app discount but we patronize their meals and coffee. Would definitely stay here again and appreciate they have the RV spots very much and good staff.

Hey I’ve been driving on road for 9 hours today . I stop at LUVS for a hot shower which I paid $20 of my hard earn money . I waited 4 hours in total respectful . Once I enter back inside store I was approached by EMMA the cashier she was very rude and stated to me “ you lost your shower and the money too bad for you “. I ask for a refund of $20 the store manger Khail walked from the back area calling me rascal names for no reason and being very aggressive about the situation . He even tried to call the cops on me just because I wanted my money back and waited 4 hours . This the worst experience I had in my life as a truck driver I went back to my truck and just cried all night. It’s sad as an African American how the store manger treated me and took my money . I felt low and scared for my life . Emma and the store manger needs to be fired immediately!!!!!!!! Please avoid stoping here they have problems with African Americans

It's been three full days for just one transmission cooler hose, I'm loaded and I've had many problems and a lot of stress waiting for a hose, no words, bad mechanics, don't even come into this love's to take a shower since the wait is three hours, Brighan City, UT I-15/84 & exit 362

Giving this loves a 3 star cause of shower lines. There literally 7 showers 2 need cleaning but the employees would rather stand around and talk then to clean the showers. There is no reason to have a 2 and half hour wait for a shower when showers should be cleaned as soon as a driver is done using one. I personally had to wait 4 and half hours for a shower. This is happening more and more at all loves even when the stores. I've walked into a loves literally 12 am and seen that showers where all out of order cause no one cleaned any. I know there are not many drivers taking showers at 12 am. No reason at all that them showers shouldn't have been cleaned and ready for next driver. As drivers we don't have time to wait 3 or 4 or 5 hours for a shower. We have time schedules to keep.

I'm completely shocked at the prices in here, but at 11pm when nothing else was open they had this tiny little Bacon Breakfast Bowl that was really very extra good, especially for late night gas station food.

It doesn't matter what time I go, they never have the breakfast tacos. Then you ask someone that works there and they're super rude about it. Every other location has a full hot case, any time of the day, plus ones that are in the refrigerated section. Better food selections, and better customer service are needed at this location. Loves is major truck stop, so why are we not more prepared to serve the customers.

I am a truck driver. I fill up over 2,000 gallons of diesel every month at this gas station chain, without going to other chains. I received a message from Loves that I am in the top 5% of customers. At this truck stop, I encountered rudeness from the cashier for asking how many points were taken from me. The blonde girl at the cash register thinks she can afford such an attitude towards the customer. If such cases become more frequent, I will change the gas station chain!!! I strongly advise against contacting this blonde cashier with moles on her chin. 😡!!! I can provide information about my bonus card so that you understand that I am a regular customer of Loves, and that I am not trying to make problems for someone with my comment, I am trying to improve the service of the travel center Loves, because I visit them twice a day. Now I am going in a bad mood due to the rude attitude of the cashier to the client.

Staff inside the store are very rude. Been there twice and it will not be a third. Cashiers were rough with my chips stuffing them in one bag. Food person pushing cart almost ran me over and didn't even say excuse me. More issues with the two visits. Never again...
