The teachers are very nice but the Office Team couldn’t provide another time for the lessons after one of the teachers left and instead of confirming the cancellation - stopped reacting to any calls/emails/letters via post but kept changing for the services they did not provide. No service at all - think twice before having a contract there.

A M A Z I N G! 😀 I love it! I have singing lessons since November 2019 and feel the improvement of my skills. These lessons are what I'm looking forward to every week. The singing teacher was very nice but this is an extremely fraudulent company. We are horrified. Please be careful, as they will continue to use your personal data and remove money from your account even after cancellation of the contract.

Meine Tochter ging 1 Jahr zum Unterricht. Alles war fein und toll, aber wie es nun mal so ist verlieren Kinder im Laufe des Alters ihr Interesse oder sie wenden sich anderen Dingen zu, was ganz normal ist, aber was dann passiert ist von Seiten der MA Music Academy war ehrlich gesagt bodenlos, wir haben sie per email abgemeldet, aber es wurde bis zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt die Gebühr von 99€ im Monat abgezogen und das über 1 1/2 Jahre. Das heißt das ich die letzten 1 1/2 Jahre für nichts bezahlt habe…es wurde von Seiten der Academy nichts unternommen, mir wurde weder angeboten aus Kulanz das Geld zurückgeben noch sonst was. Sehr enttäuschend und aus meiner Sicht absolute abzocke. Einfach Geld kassieren und sich einenTeufel scheren was das Kind betrifft.

Es wäre schön, wenn private Einrichtungen - egal welches Hobby es betrifft - die Geld dafür bekommen, eine 'Dienst'-Leistung zu erbringen, auch reagieren, wenn ihre 'Dienste' nicht mehr gewünscht werden! Es ist aber gängige Praxis, gezahlte Beiträge zu kassieren, ohne Gegenleistung! Schade! Man fühlt sich betrogen.

Keine gute Anlaufstelle, die stecken sich das Geld in die Tasche, ohne erbrachte Leistung. Behaupten Kündigungen wären nie angekommen. Hat nichts mit dem Leitbild zu tun. Hier geht’s nicht darum, Kindern das Singen beizubringen. Einfach mal 2000 fürs Nix tun verdient. Rate jedem, seine Kinder woanders hinzuschicken.
