The lady that works there and notarizes documents is extremely rude and unprofessional. Having been a notary myself in the past, you are taught in notary school to have the person signing the document sign it exactly how their name is printed. She failed to do that the 1st time and when I went back with my fiance she tried to charge him another $15. When I asked why he had to pay again when they did it wrong the first time she raised her voice and got super aggressive. Anyone who needs a notary check with your bank before going there. Banks typically do it for free anyway.

Didn't see pricing anywhere.
Cost of USB was$15. Thought scanning and emailing some docs would be cheaper.

A very nice Independent Mail service center. I have used them a few times with good results. The best part is their rates seem to be much better than the national chain mail centers.

The lady was super rude and so disrespectful to 2 year old kid she was literally fighting with my two year old son that why your touching our staff she could ask him nicely that don’t touch it or she could ask me to stop him will never go there again the worst costumer service ever 😏😏 0 star

In the past service has been great.. sometimes had to wait for other customers.. no problem. Today there was a lady working there that was extremely rude. Went in sent an email to their email site to print two pages the lady working there said it’ll be 20 minutes or more she was helping the customer in front of us. The customer heard we only had to print two pages and said go ahead and take care of those folks first I still have to fill out my forms first. So we waited and waited.. only to be ignored. Finally I asked the employee were you going to print out our two pages… In a very rude manner the response was… no I already told you would be 20 minutes or so. So we left

What a wonderful place for all my shipping needs. So friendly and family owned small town small business. These people are super professional fast and get the job done! They are a great team! We need more people like the couple who are the owners! Thank you for being great people with a great business! I get my fingerprints done here too! Unique greeting cards and everything u need for shipping! I can go on and on about their superb service. Thx again , I’ll see u soon!

Walked in at 4:28pm to get fingerprinted, was not greeted nor acknowledged. There was a notary helping someone. Finally someone came out from the back to help us, we informed her we were looking to get fingerprinted. She told us they stop doing fingerprints at 4:30pm. I didn't realize what time it was until I was walking out the door. It was 4:31pm.
