I'm from out of state and here temporarily for the summer, but I suddenly found myself needing surgery. Not being a local, allowed me to experience everything during my process with fresh eyes. I can't recommend this facility enough! From the beginning, the process was seamless, efficient, easy, pleasant, and qualified nurses and doctors staff were professional, caring, and sincere. Nurse Amy was awesome and took great care of me during my surgery prep and my surgeon...Dr Sindell was over the top professional, knowledgeable, and also sincere in her caring and follow up. I highly recommend Mammoth Hospital for your immediate needs. My healing is on track just as they projected! Outstanding!

After a phone conversation yesterday with a staff member I found out I wouldn't be getting an injection. I kept my appointment anyway because I wanted to talk to Rita and see if there were any alternatives. She did some research and found that I'm already taking a medication that could possibly help until I can get my next injection. She thoroughly explained everything and cleared up the confusion. She is excellent and I feel very comfortable talking to her and getting her advice.

Relocating, I got an appointment only ten days out. Very friendly, mellow efficient staff. Letitia, initial intake & Dana, NP both easy to talk to. Took time and care. I’m relieved to have new primary. Great team!

I normally wouldn't recommend going to a hospital but if you find yourself with a broken back (like I did) or a similar injury, honestly can't recommend this place enough. This review is a bit dated as my injury is from 2020, but the care was so good I still think about the hospital visit. I broke a vertebra snowboarding, was seen by Dr. Kyle Howell in the emergency room, and I honestly can't say enough good things about him and the medical team/ nurses who assessed me at the time, got me meds, and did all of my tests/follow up care. They were on top of everything, comforted me, were quick but thorough, and just about everything you could want out of medical care, especially for more serious stuff. Honestly wish all hospitals were like this one.

Having an immediate appointment and not waiting 3 months was significant to making this appointment due to the suspicious spot of concern. The Dr and nurses were informative and caring. We were treated with respect from the receptionist to the Dr and her staff.

I adore and am so grateful for Mammoth Behavioral Health. Once you're signed up for services, appointments are easy and quick to make and seem available on a frequent basis. The staff has been very helpful, flexible ans platient with scheduling (and rescheduling) or providing virtual options as needed (and as feasible). The appointment Reminders and ability to text staff is convenient. Most of all, the quality of care is great. I feel like every provider genuinely cares and they are all so kind. They really put in the work with their clients and often provided me with extra materials to help me outside of sessions. Just exceptional care all around. My one "complaint" is that sometimes it can take awhile to get started with services. I had called a few times over the years to sign up and was routinely told it was a 3-month wait list, BUT, I do believe that's pretty standard now adays and especially in a rural area. And with few specialists it can take awhile to follow through with some referrals, but it DOES happen! Thanks Mammoth BH!

Dr. Bissell at the pediatric clinic is amazing. We have three kids, and she takes excellent care of each of them. She really takes the time to be thorough during our appointments, addressing all our concerns and making sure we fully understand everything. It’s clear that she has a genuine vested interest in our children’s health and well-being. I truly appreciate her approach to care and highly recommend her to other parents.
