I appreciate Jennifer The receptionist in the labs/ imaging department at the women’s Center. She is always kind, very professional, even with dealing with difficult people. I watched her do this with wisdom and grace and she needs a raise ? for sure.
The staff will always make or break an experience in customer service no matter where you’re at. And I truly appreciate those that go above and beyond their duty with a great attitude. When you have to see people every year, you want it to be a good experience and not dread it because of staff, we all need to take note and encourage management to take care of their people that help make a great experience.

I had a day surgery on 10/24/24 at Marshall Medical South in Boaz. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff! From checking in and all the way to recovery, everyone was top notch professional, friendly and extremely caring and helpful. I was truly impressed. I had a great experience.

I was early for my appointment, but the front desk gave me a pager and I waited to be called back for in-processing. After meeting with the very pleasant processor, I only had to wait a few minutes for my appointment. The woman who performed the Bronchial test was very informative, very pleasant, and very efficient in performing the test. A very pleasant experience—thank you.

My Daughter was at the Marshall South.
The Nurses were wonderful in the ER.
I don't remember the Dr.'s name.
He was very nice.
But when my Daughter got put in a room. They must of forgotten about her in her room
They finally brought her something to eat way after Breakfast time.
Then the Dr. Came in and talked to my Daughter. And told her she was going to get to go home.
And after her lunch my Daughter wanted a snack ( Turkey sandwich with chips and a drink.
One hour has passed and nothing was brought to her.
Then hour and a half.
No food.
I had to go to the nurse station and ask about it. And the nurse said oh so they haven't brought it?.
I said No. She said she would call them again.
A few minutes later they brought my Daughter 's Discharge paper
Low and behold No Sandwich or chips or a drink.
And my Daughter is a type 1 Diabetic.
Her sugar was very low.

To me it seemed that they didn't give a hoot about her Well being
That's how I feel about it

I had a great experience. The tech that was with me the entire night was amazing!! She was very helpful and explained everything to me step by step and was very careful with my safety as I am not very stable. I could not have been in better hands and I really appreciate her very much.

I had lab work done. Everything went smoothly. Wait time was not bad. Technician was very professional and did a perfect stick. I am a hard stick. My favorite place to have labs done.
