If you’re looking for something warm to do on the winter, this is NOT it!! I was miserably cold the whole time. The hot tub was so overcrowded I didn’t even attempt to get in. I had to stay close to our youngest child so not getting wet wasn’t an option. I was shivering the whole day.
WAY too many people are allowed in. I was a nervous wreck the whole time. It was so easy to loose sight of your littles in the crowds. Lost my youngest in the lazy river once, it was so packed I couldn’t get to her once we got separated. I had to wait at the entrance and quickly grab her after she went all the way around alone! 😩

Air way too cold (def not 84 degrees as they claim it is)
Water is way too cold.
Very Over crowded.
Too expensive (fam of 4 was $260)

Lots of fun water activities and things to do, lockers, bathrooms, beach chairs and parking! After we left the park and reached interstate 64, she asked, can we go to the water park again with church family and she said, I want to go there again.

I remember seeing $75 per person that plan to get in the water and a lesser cost for observers. Children that are shorter than 42 inches can play free of cost.

This is worth the trip to massanutten! Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful time. I personally only did the hot tub and lazy river. Kids everywhere having a blast. My kids made friends, played for hours, left with great memories. We plan to be back for spring break

Had a great time, but it was definitely crowded. We went on a Wednesday during spring break, hoping it might be less busy, but it was actually sold out. Be prepared for lines at all the slides. It would’ve been nice if the lazy river had smaller tubes for younger kids—not just toddlers. Also, I thought it was a little odd that the main food concession was cash only, while the sweets stand accepted credit cards.

My family and I, residing in Washington, D.C., embarked on a two-hour journey to celebrate Valentine’s Day with our children and commemorate my one-year anniversary with my fiancé. Unfortunately, I was unable to secure tickets in advance not knowing why? Upon reaching the venue, I engaged in a conversation with an individual who informed me that tickets were sold out! However, they failed to clarify that over the phone once the capacity was reached tickets were going to sell out, the drive from our Airbnb took approximately 35 minutes. Consequently, communication proved inadequate. The venue remained open until 7:00 p.m., but we arrived at approximately 2:00 p.m. Surprisingly, opened up @ 11:30 a.m. This experience was highly disappointing, leading to a significant alteration in our plans. As a result, we ultimately decided to visit Luray Caverns which we enjoyed

Freezer It's not worth wasting money, it's so cold that you have to sit in a warm pool for the whole stay, because after getting out you can freeze, there's no hot water in the shower, and on top of that huge fans in the bathrooms. Something awful, I've never seen such a water park in the winter. A hot tub in a hotel for free, it will replace a water park and you'll save money. My granddaughter was shivering with cold, never again and I don't recommend it to anyone. , Only one photo from the beginning, because then only a warm pool 🥶

Pretty pricey but most deff worth it. Can be super crowded but most people are friendly and it works. Sooo many things to keep busy and any lines move fairly quickly too. Always pre purchase tickets online ahead or you'll pay full price

Very nice indoor Waterpark that also has a large portion that is outside that will open in Spring/Summer.
