Found MatterHackers while looking at new 3D Printers which they had a great selection of. While I knew which printer I wanted, I reached out to the sales team due to an ordering issue (I ordered the wrong one at first) and they immediately cancelled my order and were extremely helpful in presetting checkout carts with exactly what I was trying to order. Jared Lynn has been my sales rep and extremely helpful! To the point Jared assisted me in also picking out the perfect laser engraver as well for my unique usage needs. With the top notch sales support and rewards program, likely not shopping anywhere else!

Suddenly everything I order is backordered. They give me restock dates and when those go by they give me new dates. I don't think I'll ever get the stuff I paid for. I strongly suggest finding a different dealer to buy 3D printing products from. These guys are great until they get your money, and then they just forget about you.

Excellent help from Evan Martinez at MH. After multiple attempts in having an issue resolved with a 3D printer and going through multiple communications with technicians, Evan helped with communication and logistics to fix the issue with good reports via email and over the phone, while Matt K. helped with the proper traction to start the process. I give 4 starts to MH, while I give 5 starts to both Matt and Evan who were essential in moving this issue towards the finish line.

EDIT: The one advantage to MatterHackers is their customer service is fantastic. They reached out to rectify the situation. They genuinely care.

Ordered 3 p1p enclosures to save time. They only had one, no big deal, they refunded the other two. Received probably the worst and ugliest most unbalanced prints I've ever seen and 0 of the metal threaded screw points were embedded into said prints and 0 of the advertised panels were included. So I received 4 unattachable corner covers. Complete waste of time and money. Ended up just printing my own anyways, luckily I have an armada of printers but not everybody does, very disappointing.
